Not the right stroller for me.
September 24, 2022
The stroller is way to low to the ground for baby and hard to maneuver. The leg adjustment for baby also broke on it very easily.

Hate it
January 29, 2022
I love my joovy high chair but I hate this stroller. I wish I could go back and not but it. My feet hit the standing platform when I walk and it's so hard to turn and push with two kids on it. The basket underneath is completely useless and it doesn't even have a drink holder.

Couldn't love this more
February 8, 2021
I've had this for almost 2 years and couldn't love it more. Originally had a side-by-side and it was way too heavy to push. So glad we went to the Caboose. My favorite is that it's the size of a standard stroller but holds 2 kids so I never feel silly pushing it with just 1 in there, which inevitably happens on every outing with 2 kids. Love it.

Excellent Stroller for Transporting 2 Children
October 12, 2020
Added a new family member recently and needed to upgrade our stroller in order to transport them to daycare. Our 2.5 year old loves to stand while we push him and his new baby sister. We live in the city and my only criticism is that the CSSS does not turn on a dime and does not do so well on uneven surfaces. It gets the job done as well as can be expected, but does take some elbow grease every now and then. Overall - a good stroller that gets the job done.

Great double stroller!
November 7, 2019
I bought the Joovy Caboose Graphite after having my second child. It's a great double stroller! It rides smooth, folds up quick and easy plus all the different riding positions were a bonus! My older son loved sitting on the bench or standing. My only thing is you have to purchase another seat for the back. obviously not a problem...But looking at the stroller I thought to myself, it would be amazing if they came out with one that the bench easily removes and the front seat would slide to the back while having the infant seat attached to the front still. To me that idea would be more versatile since the front seat isn't in use. Of course buy a second seat when you don't need the infant adapter anymore but that was just an idea I thought of. Lol Other than that I love this stroller! My only negative thing is although it rides smoothly, I did find it hard to push as my kids got older. With my youngest sitting in the front and my oldest standing or sitting it was getting very hard to push and manoeuvre around. Between the two kids they weren't even at the weight limit and it was getting too hard I ended up putting it away until I found a new home for it. I definitely would recommend this stroller to anyone looking for a double stroller!

Compact Size
June 21, 2019
Just arrived Tuesday haven't had a chance to truly use it. But I'm so excited! Was super easy to put together I was able to put it together with "help" of my two year old. It's smooth driving, compact, easy to close and open!

Not great, very disappointed
April 2, 2019
The stroller is pretty, that's it.

I put the car seat in the front seat and the back rider is very cramped in the back. there is not much space, the back of the front seat has metal framing which is not padded at old, my 20 month old opened his lip when he accidentally bumped on it.

When the front seat is reclined all the way, there is literally no room for a back rider.
There is no storage as the "storage bag" is where your back rider feet rest.
The canopy only covers front rider and is on the way of back rider's view.
there is a snack tray only for the front rider, therefore back rider has to carry snacks on hands or lap.
Back rider does not have unobstructed view as the canopy is on the way.
It is not the greatest quality, I have only used the stroller for very few rides and the back seat has already ripped.
stand clear and invest your money on a better product.

Mostly love.
September 30, 2017
I love the versatility and lightness of this stroller. It is wonderful for my toddler and infant. For long walks I can put in the second seat. For shorter trips he can sit/stand. Same for my 5 month old. For longer walks I pop in that car seat adaptor. For the short park trip he fits right in the front seat.

My only complaint is with the ability of the stroller to handle anything but smooth concrete. My neighborhood is a mishmash of sidewalks that don't match up with the odd unpaved section. While the joovy handles it all pretty well the back wheels squeak quite a bit (and I have only been using it for a few weeks) and I'm not sure if it will last the 2-3 years I had been hoping. But at it's price point I suppose it's replaceable after a year or two. But if you live in an area with lots of rougher roads I would consider something more built to the task.

Great solution for newborn and toddler
June 19, 2017
When I was pregnant with my second baby, I spent months researching double strollers trying to find the perfect one. I needed one that could accommodate a car seat and a toddler, be easily maneuverable, fold up compactly enough to fit in the trunk of my car, and, most importantly, be affordable. I decided on the caboose graphite with the sold separately rear seat. It meets those requirements, and so far it's working great for my needs. I like that it can adapt as my children grow and my stroller needs change. I have two minor complaints, which is why I'm only rating this 4 stars instead of 5. In order for this stroller to fit well in my trunk, I have to remove the car seat adapter or snack tray and the canopy. It's doable, but it takes some effort to get them off. I wish they snapped on and off more smoothly. Also, when using the car seat adapter with a car seat, the front seat must be reclined to at least the middle position. This makes it a little cramped for my toddler in the back seat unless her seat is reclined all the way. Again, it's doable, but I wish the car seat could fit in with the front seat in the full upright position. Even with its minor drawbacks, this is still a great stroller option for a newborn and a toddler.

Easy to handle and the kids love it!
May 10, 2017
My sister in law passed this stroller down to us (after her third baby arrived) and it has been nothing but a lifesaver for us! It's relatively light for a double stroller, folds easily and compactly, and, most importantly, my kids (nearly 3 and 1) love it. My son is usually into everything and independent, but he loves sitting in this stroller. It's still in amazing shape considering it's extremely well loved in our family. I am grateful for this quality product!

Best Stroller Ever
April 4, 2017
This is a very convenient double stroller. It folds flatter than most double strollers, and I love the reclining seat. It's easy to maneuver with two kids and is very durable! I highly recommend!

Love it because it does what it says it will do!
March 8, 2017
We just brought home child#2 from the hospital. We have kid"S"! Yikes. We picked up the Joovy Caboose a few months back (relatives got it for us), and have been chomping at the bit to get rolling. We took it out for a walk to the neighborhood shops last weekend and were so happy to use a product that actually does what it says it should do! Best part about it, the absolute best part... My nearly 3yr old LOVED it. That is the key. The baby can't go anywhere right? It's the older kid you have to worry about. This kid WILL NOT stay seated, which makes this the perfect stroller for us. He's on, he's off, he's back on, he's off, sitting on the jump seat, standing on the platform... And he thinks it's his own special fort, which makes him think the adventure is on his terms, and thus since he's in such a good mood, he listens! Home run with this stroller. Highly recommend.

Disappointed overall
February 5, 2017
I bought this stroller as a solution for my two sons to be able to ride together, as my 3 year old still gets tired and wants to ride as well. This stroller is a glorified umbrella stroller. It is extremely overpriced for the quality. My two sons together are 60 lbs. This stroller claims to hold up to 90 lbs altogether, 45 lbs max per seat. I can barely get this stroller roller to budge with 60- I could never imagine 90. The basket is worthless, it's weight max is 5lbs, and it has no real support. For two children, majority of parents are going to need more storage space and weight capacity for that storage. When both my boys are in the stroller, I can't even turn the stroller because of the way the weight is distributed. Trying to maneuver through restaurants and crowds is such a hassle because turns are so difficult with the weight. It is disappointing as well that to have any storage for our own beverages or items that a carrier has to be purchased separately. I have the organizer and it is cheap, but does the job. The seats are very uncomfortable. There is no padding whatsoever. It feels as though my kids are sitting on cardboard covered in thin material. The canopy is not tall enough and the material for the whole stroller is very cheap and not durable. I barely ever use this stroller unless I have to. My husband agreed that this stroller was a huge letdown. We both much prefer our Chicco stroller. The ride is so smooth, the seat is padded, and has so many more features than this stroller and was more affordable. We missed the return time from the website we bought this from and I tried to resell it, but no one wants it! They resell for about 40 dollars that I've seen online so there's no way we were getting our money back by reselling. I am just so disappointed, and wished I had put the money towards a better stroller. Joovy customer service is great- I only wish the quality of their products matched the amazing service they provide.

A good thing.
January 10, 2017
My daughter was using a "side by side" pushchair to transport my two grandchildren. Both herself, my son-in-law, my wife (grandma) too, were all experiencing difficulty in monoevering it. This was mote so because of the difference in weight between the two, especially when the elder one was attending pre-school. I know a good design when I see it, hence I purchased a Caboose Graphite at first sight. I am impressed, so too is everyone who actually use it! (I was just there to do the assembly, as I have poor mobility) Both children are excited to use the caboose, it's easy to use and it's been a great success.

Amazing stroller
August 28, 2016
I purchased a new graphite model in May to replace an older caboose I had that I passed to my niece and the ultralight one I bought a few years back that my daughter borrowed from me for vacation and kept. BOTH of whom are to in love to with their strollers to part with them leaving me to buy a cheaper brand for when I have their kids, which is often since I am both of their daycare. After two years of hating to push the stroller around back to Joovy I ran. I tried both the new graphite models and actually preferred the regular over the ultralight can't explain why just felt better personally while I was pushing the kids around the store. Since then I have used it 3-4 times a week from the mall to a local farm and everything in between with kids ages 1-5 and have had no trouble with it at all. The newer canopy is great. The baby easily naps with the recline feature. My only ounce of "ugh" with Joovy strollers in general is that they put SO much care and attention into their stroller designs and features until it comes to the parent console! Then you have only one choice and it's an expensive so-so one at best.

Satisfactory but not exceptional
August 24, 2016
Disappointed with the lack of ease for maneuvering it when both kids or just baby are on it... It feels awkward with the way the handle is positioned vertically and even with bot kids or just one on it I have found this to be so.
Pros
  • Easily Fits baby& preschooler, has storage basket underneath, includes adapter for car seat, very large canopy that can provide shade to both kids if needed, reasonable price, good quality fabric and seems durable and sturdy
Best Uses
  • Trips with more than one child where the older child may become tired and need to sit/ride at times
Cons
  • Not very easy to maneuver/turn when both children are on it (under the max allowed weight
  • ) or even with just the baby for that matter. May be due to the handle position/shape/grip... Also no cup holder for parent and the cup holder for child is small and does not accommodate cups/bottles that may be on regular/wider side. Multi steps to fold.

Just what I hoped for
August 19, 2016
Have a VERY tall, sturdy 2 year old and expecting a little girl in November. Didn't want to commit to a huge double stroller or give up the opportunity to use infant seat. Ordered this after hearing wonderful things about Joovy products. Very easy to assemble. Nice fabric and sturdy construction. I purchase the Too seat also. My son is able to fit comfortably on the bench seat and I LOVE that it has a harness. Looked at another brand in a store that had no strap- that's not gonna work for my kid. The Too seat is great and he has plenty of room which was my concern. Infant adapter is very easy to put on and works great with my Britax seat. Can't wait to use it with both kiddos. Also very easy to fold up- love the "trigger" function.

Good stroller
July 29, 2016
I purchased this about a month ago, so far I am very happy with the stroller. The only 2 issues I have which are minor are the handle could be angled a little more towards the back - it is a little hard to push when you have arthritis in your shoulders and the shade goes over the rear rider a little too far so that my older granddaughter can't see out. Other than that the girls seem to enjoy the stroller and it has been very convenient to use for walks and going to the zoo and parks, etc.

Perfect for littles who want to ride or stand!
June 14, 2016
Having 2 kids close together, we were definitely in need of a functional double stroller. I loved that the Caboose Ultralight allowed for both kids to sit or one to stand since my older daughter was now at the age where she wanted to walk. The Caboose was easy to put together and folds great although it's collapsed size is still a bit big. My 2 year old fit comfortably in the front seat and had plenty of room even with the child tray attached. I really like the 5-point harnesses that helps keep the kiddos secure. Having the shoulder straps makes me feel like my son can't escape easily and is safely strapped in. The parent organizer is wonderful! It's a flexible fabric which allows me to keep sippy cups snug without them being bopped around from uneven ground. There's even a zippered pocket on the outside that lets me keep my keys or phone safe. Plus, the large storage basket lets me tote along the diaper bag, snacks and anything else we may need. Transitioning the stroller for the standing position is easy, I just unsnapped the buttons on the side of the seat, unbuckle the security strap in the back and out it came! The bench seat is awesome! It's great to be able to have my older child walk along and then hitch a ride if she gets tired. The bench seat allows her to get the best of both worlds without the confinement to just being in a seat. The bench seat is padded so it's nice and comfy to sit on. I also really like that the stand-on platform is positioned where the child can stand with their back against the push bar. This gives her something to lean on and me the ability to push without having to move around her. The linked parking brakes make it so much easier to keep the stroller in one place and the front swivel wheels making turning a breeze! I also really like that the snack tray is removable, plus it doesn't crowd my little guy when he's in the seat. The Caboose Ultralight has been everything I needed in a stroller as a parent for my kids and it provides a safe and secure space for them to ride!

Some advice that you need!
June 7, 2016
Full disclosure: I am old enough to be a Great Grandmother (but I'm not YET!). I have been a fan of the JOOVY Caboose Stand On Tandem stroller for over 10 years. It has been a sturdy stroller for 2 children and it has lasted and lasted. I know that some have been handed down from family to family, friend to friend and they would just "keep on keeping on". Then my daughter told me about a stroller that she thought I would like better than my favorite Caboose. Guess what. She was right! Here is my "expert" advice for you.....take a look at the JOOVY GRAPHITE Stand On Tandem. JOOVY has taken my stroller and updated it for you younger Moms and Dads.It performs the major job of transporting your 2 children in high fashion but with a new GRAPHITE frame, that is lighter, has a larger canopy (you know what the sun does) and I can scoot around easily with those grandchildren on board. Now when I am babysitting I can stroll down the street proudly to show off those kids. (maybe I should buy my own so my son in law doesn't have to share theirs. But I can't decide what color to choose) Grandmothers like to be helpful so take my advice and check out the JOOVY Caboose Graphite Stand on Tandem stroller.....you will be glad you did!
