Description
Escape is made for long-term performance - share your love of the outdoors with your child! Feature rich, escape boasts foot stirrups to maximize your child’s circulation, a hood & rain shield for their protection and a change mat for cleanups on the go. Stay hydrated with a specialized hydration station for your water bladder (water bladder not included) and keep your thirst for adventure alive!

An action packed, roomy day pack can be zipped off to share the load, and large side pockets, bottle and key pockets store everything you need for your hiking escape.

Supportive & adjustable

Escape into the unknown! Adjust the torso length of the escape carrier's body-tech harness system in seconds to uniquely fit & support your body. An articulating dual core waist belt and advanced lumbar support distributes weight evenly, keeping you comfortable on long hikes and outdoor adventures with your child.

Head of the pack

With a snug shoulder cradle and moldable headrest, your child can snooze on the move whilst their head and developing neck muscles remain well supported. A contouring and adjustable harness supports their little body and keeps them safe & secure. The deluxe shoulder cradle is made from an ultra soft fleece for snug snoozing, and fun graphics printed on the inside panel keep them amused on the go.

Compact storage

To store between trips or for compact travel to your next hiking destination, escape fold away super flat. Escape is designed to take you places, not take up spaces.

Durable high grade fabrics

Tough, wipe clean and waterproof high grade fabrics partner up with padded, air-tech ventilated mesh panels that contour for comfort, and breathe to keep you cool when you’re most active.

Baseloading freedom

Baseloading technology allows escape to free-stand so you can safely load baby in and secure them into their cradle harness before lifting onto your back. Twin carry handles make lifting a breeze, and the one-hand, pop in-and-out stand makes set-down ultra stable and safe.

Every feature is included
May 22, 2020
This pack is great- it has every feature you would want in a pack. The one downfall is although the child seat is completely secure, it moves back and forth while you walk or hike and it can often feel like it throws you off balance now and again. It would have been the perfect pack if the child seat was closer to the body, with no flexibility to move. Again, the child is completely secure, it just feels a little wobbly and that makes it slightly uncomfortable.
Pros
  • All features are included
  • Great for all types of activities
  • Good looking pack
Best Uses
  • Day use
  • Hiking
  • Walking
  • Trails
  • Amusement parks
Cons
  • Wobbly child seat
  • Throws the person carrying the pack off balance

Awesome carrier!
February 1, 2017
The escape was by far the most comfortable carrier I found. I'm 6'2, about 200lbs with broad shoulders. I tried the osprey poco AG plus and premium as well as the deuter kid comfort and all 3 were uncomfortable to wear. The osprey felt like the shoulder straps were too narrow for me an digging into my neck. Maybe for smaller frames these are ok, but I couldn't get the setup comfortable for myself. The escape was very comfortable to wear on our hikes. Our daughter is now 2yrs old, 29lbs an 35in tall. I wore it on multiple 2+ mile sightseeing hikes in Yosemite and Tahoe. Our daughter Allyson loved being in it!!! There's plenty of storage, we had room for diapers, bottles, snacks, etc, 2 cameras, phones, wallets an then some. I probably came close to maxing the weight limit with everything but it held up great! Mirror would've been nice but I used phone camera just as easily. Awesome carrier! This replaced our baby bjorn.
