I bought this adapter for my peg perego 30/30 infant car seat for my City Mini GT and it feels very secure. The adapter matches a few different car seats so be sure to read instructions because for example for the peg perego you take one piece of the adapter off to make it fit properly. It would have taken me 5 min to attach adapter but ended up taking extra 20 min because I missed the very first instruction for the peg perego which said to take one part off before attaching to the stroller, oops. Overall it works great.
