City Versa
August 23, 2015
When I found out about the Baby Jogger brand, I was 100% sure that I wanted the City Mini GT, because it had all of the features I thought would be important. I didn't even know the Versa existed until I saw it on Zulily last summer, and realized that it had the exact features that the City Mini GT did, but with four wheels instead of three. I had read reviews about how with three-wheeled strollers, it was pretty easy to run into objects while shopping or in tight spaces because the third wheel sticks out so far, so the Versa seemed like an excellent option. I used the Versa with the car seat adapter (the one that's compatible with Chicco and other brands) when my son was younger, and there was just so much space for groceries, that I didn't use carts at the store. I use the seat now, mainly with my son facing me, and honestly can't imagine ever wanting to buy another stroller. The ride is so smooth, my son can be secure in seeing my face whenever he needs to, and if he gets sleepy, all I have to do is set him backwards, and he's comfortable enough to sleep.

Nice features, but not quite polished
August 20, 2015
I love the features: great basket, reversible seat, nice big wheels for a smooth ride. I just wish the fit and finish felt as "tight" as the rest of the lineup. The frame has more play, the canopy sometimes doesn't stay extended when the seat is reclined and the fold mechanism doesn't work as smoothly as it should. Still I think it's a nice option as a "one and only."

Fantastic Stroller
August 19, 2015
I love, love, love this stroller. I first bought a City Mini without doing any research. While I really liked my Mini, I didn't like that it couldn't be parent-facing, and since I was doing a LOT of walking, it was a feature I wanted. So I bought the Versa, and I haven't looked back. I love that the seat can be parent-facing or face out, and that the stroller can easily be folded no matter which way the seat is facing. It's just wonderful. I would have preferred the GT wheels, but I'm making do with the regular wheels. The stroller is just so easy to use, get in and out of doorways, steer, adjust, etc. I love it!

Best Value Stroller, Hands Down
August 17, 2015
I have had a couple of different strollers, and the City Versa is just amazing. It has the options of a much heavier, more expensive stroller, but folds quite neatly in the back of the car (it even folds up with the optional glider board attached). A HUGE canopy and HUGE basket underneath. I got this before the Versa GT came out, so I don't have the all-terrain wheels, but I will probably be buying them for the winter. At that, the basic wheels have been no problem on grass or gravel: they are big and sturdy enough for most situations. I also love that the whole seat comes off for when using with a car seat (baby bucket ;)), so there's that much less stroller to carry around when your little one is still in the smaller seat. And like most Baby Joggers... the one-hand close (and lock!) is just perfect. Can't say enough good things about this stroller.

Just about perfect!
August 14, 2015
Being a Mom for over 13 years and having quite a few kids ;) I've used more than my share of strollers and baby gear! Right off the bat, I can say, there is no 100% perfect stroller that is EVERYTHING, but this one comes pretty close! It has the option of parent face and can FOLD parent facing too! The entire seat reclines, not just the back and I've found my babies like that position a lot better, plus, the footrest adjusts and extends. BASKET, yep, it's quite large, especially when you have the seat parent facing, you can really heap things in! The adjustable handlebar is great if you are a shorter gal (like me ;) ) and the fold is literally a cinch- just squeeze two buttons to flip the seat down and pull up on the fold strap- DONE! (and it folds small!) The hood is quite large (the City Mini GT Double I own has a larger hood- that one has the biggest I've ever seen!) and the peek-a-boo window has MAGNETS! (no wake-ups from noisy velcro!) Lets talk push: SMOOTH with great suspention! (disclaimer: I bought the GT wheel kit, so my tires are all terrain) I can GLIDE over every bump and broken sections of uneven concrete and curb without slowing my stride, takes it all easily, grass and mulch too! For all this you'd think you'd have to pay $$$$$ but the MSRP is reasonable and I actually got it on sale so it was a really sweet deal :) Believe it or not, I got it to replace my well known name brand nearly $1,000 stroller, because the City Versa is sturdier and besides weighing a LITTLE more, it did everything else that expensive stroller did just about equally! As I mentioned, the only thing that keeps this stroller from being 100% perfect in everything, is that it is not exactly very light weight, it's not HEAVY, but it's not an umbrella stroller...but I guess that is what makes it feel sturdy. REALLY love this stroller, I can say it deserves a place right on top with the best of them, it really can take the competition!

Love this stroller!
August 14, 2015
I purchased this stroller back in March and it it a great investment. Super easy fold, the basket is very roomy and my son is comfortable in the seat. I love that I can have him facing me or facing out while he's in it. The adjustable handle bar is great because my husband and I can change it to our needs. I love how smooth the push is and how easy it is to maneuver. We rented a City Mini at Disney a few years ago and I can't say enough about the Baby Jogger brand with the experience I have it.

Obsessed!
July 23, 2015
I am truly obsessed with this stroller. I also have the bob Revolution se and I think that if I would have seen or known about this one I would have skipped the bob. I heard they are discontinuing this stroller which is heart breaking because I would recommend it to all of my mom friends. The hand brake is life changing. Having the seat be parent facing makes such a huge difference. It's so easy to open and close. The canopy is large and has 2 windows which is amazing. The basket underneath is huge. I would highly suggest not discontinuing this stroller. It's well worth the money and there isn't a thing I would complain about! It's amazing!

Muy favourite stroller!
July 17, 2015
I just purchased a couple of days ago and received it very quickly, I assembled the stroller very quickly and easily, I tested out and discovered all the features and sat my 27 month old son for a neighborhood stroll, and he absolutely loved it so much that he refused to part with it after our walk! I am going to be leaving on an extended holiday and will definitely be taking the city versa on our trip. It is so stylish and very aesthetically pleasing, I love the color silver it really stands out amongst the crowd, and I know that I will be keeping this one for a long time for other siblings that may come along. My baby loves facing out to explore the world around him but when he starts to get tired he does not like to see anyone else other than his mama bear and papa bear, so that feature is another plus in my book for the city versa! I love the very generous canopy as well as the extra large basket under the carriage! I cannot stop saying how much I love this stroller! I will be ordering the GT wheels very soon for rougher terrain although I do not mind the wheels that the versa comes with since I tend to keep on smooth paved roads. I am 5'6 and my husband is 6'3 and we both find it very comfortable to navigate, our son is 39 inches tall and he weighs about 35 lbs he looks very comfortable with plenty of room to grow over the years.

So far so good but could be better....
June 30, 2015
We needed a stroller because the one we had broke literally at the base. We were deciding between two strollers and the City Versa won our decision. Being that this is our second stroller, our decision were based on three reasons; affordability, durability, and the seat being reversible.

We received the stroller and it has been about a month now and so far so good. I will do another review little after a year. I like how easy it is to maneuver and control the stroller even with one hand. I like the size of the basket and how we can fold the stroller with the seat. Our first stroller, we had to take off the seat and it got to be really annoying and a hassle. The two things I wish could be better would be the harness and the break lines could be hidden. Other than that the City Versa couldn't be any better.

Sweet ride!
January 7, 2015
I bought this stroller about a month before I had my first baby. I was really so clueless on what to look for, but my husband and I diligently read reviews and listened to baby store clerk pitches. I've been SO pleased! It's easy to stroll, easy to fold, and most importantly, comfortable for my sweet babe. Even though they advise not putting them in it until 6 months, I reclined the seat as much as it would go and easily used it from 2 months. The sun shade is great, and I love that you can switch the seat positions to have the baby face out or in. The underseat storage is also fantastic. And, vs some friends who have the UppaBaby Vista, I find mine just a little smaller and far easier to maneuver.

In Love with the City Versa
December 6, 2014
I'm the happy mommy of a 1 yr old baby boy and I'm on my 5th stroller. We started with two Gracos and found out the hard way that they were big, bulky, and hard to push. I have also owned a Mamas and papas Sola stroller and an Inglesina swift lightweight umbrella stroller which we still have. I do a ton of shopping, so I needed a stroller that has a decent storage basket, good handling (one-handed if need be), extra comfy for my son, and easy to fold and compact in my trunk(I have a Camry). This stroller exceeds my needs and I'm so sorry that I didn't start out with baby jogger in the first place! The first time he rode in the Versa, my baby kicked up and crossed his legs. He rode in it for hours without complaint and eventually fell asleep SITTING UP! I was able to steer with one hand and it rode super smoothly both outside the mall and inside. The basket size is heavenly! I was able to fit my diaper bag, a Cinnabon, a Gymboree bag of clothes, and a pair of size 12 sneakers that I bought for my husband! It is clearly well made with sturdy yet comfy fabric and two peep windows in the canopy. Also, there are strap covers over the straps. The seat reverses so that you can see your baby while strolling and get this - it folds WITH the seat reversed! When I had the Sola stroller, it was a pain in the rear to have to reverse the seat back before folding it up and putting in the trunk. Those extra steps take time. My only complaints are that I wish it was a little but lighter and I wish there wasn't a two step fold process. Otherwise, I am 100% satisfied!

I decided to splurge and get this stroller for my second daughter. Silver. I can't say enough about how much I love it! I love the option of forward and rear seat. I can put the baby facing me or my four yr old facing out. SOOO EASY to put together and unfold! My gf has a bulky graco and is super jealous of my awesome, stylish, sleek stroller!

Love It!!
October 24, 2014
Wow, I cannot believe how pleased I am with this stroller! I was drawn in by the reversible seat and fold, but was pleasantly surprised by the smooth ride, well thought out details and large basket. The red is fun and I imagine I can pick this out in a sea of other strollers. The Versa doesn't take up too much room in my trunk and fold super easily. I am extremely happy with this purchase and have ordered the following accessories: GT Wheels (although I'm not sure that I will need them, the ride is smooth with the stock wheels), the Belly Bar and the snack tray.

Perfection!
September 26, 2014
I had a long list of wants in a stroller and the City Versa met them all and for the right price! I wanted a seat that can face forward or back, a stroller that folds with the seat on and facing either direction, large basket, easy fold, large canopy. We live in the suburbs so I have no need for a bassinet (we just used the car seat when baby was little) so this stroller is PERFECT for our family. We love it!

City Versa GT, Great Stroller
September 8, 2014
We have the 2014 City Versa GT, Stroller. Used it with Britax infant seat for first 6 months worked great. Adopter for that seat made using the stroller very easy. Stroller folds great takes up little space, even with the seat it folds very easily. Large basket is great and overall very smooth.

I had my heart set on an UppaBaby Vista but when I went to go see the stroller in person I was shocked by its massive size! I then found the City Versa and thought it was a better choice because it can do all the things the UppaBaby can do but it is way less of a monster. Very happy with my purchase.

Frame is wobbly
June 20, 2014
Just arrived today - frame seems way too wobbly. Handle moves side to side about a half an inch from side to side while pushing stroller. Planning to call customer service during normal business hours. Assuming that gets addressed, the other aspects of the stroller are very nice.

Good stroller - room for improvement
June 2, 2014
Owned this stroller for about a year and half. Used every day. Good stroller, I like how smoothly it rolls. Pros: -Smooth -Durable (everyday use for over 1.5 years now) -Reasonable weight -Roomy -Stylish (I'm the only one I see with this stroller) -Reversible -2 step fold Cons (forward facing): -Basket is not accessible when in forward facing position unless the seat is reclined (rear access is blocked by the folding handle). -Basket is prone to tearing because it can sit low to the ground (replacement is about $25 and easily done via Customer Service). -Canopy does not lock and often falls off if you use a handlebar bag (I know, it's not recommended, but everyone uses them, including myself). Still some room for improvement, but overall good stroller.

I am Stroller Obsessed but this is the ONE.
June 1, 2014
I have ONE kid (almost 3) and I have had so many strollers that I need to put two hands up to keep up with all the brands I have had (Safety 1st, Britax, Maclaren, Bugaboo, BabiesRUs Brand) and so forth. I bought this stroller back in 2012 when it was $450 in Hawaii. I am actually purchasing this stroller again (It is only $260 on Amazon) because I am giving my old one (handlebar gave in cause of the way I had it stored) to a friend. Every stroller has their unique features BUT this stroller probably wins overall because: It is STURDY. My "monster" of a 2 year old STAYS in here (I currently have a Bugaboo Bee for faster trips and he jumps up and down on that thing). I took out the straps and my son still stays inside. It is VERY EASY to CLEAN. The FRAME is SCRATCH-RESISTANT. I'm surprised Baby Jogger doesn't put this on their site, but whenever I scratch the frame on this thing, it turns white and you just rub it off and it's gone. Pretty cool. BIG (But not sacrificing its looks) BASKET. WHEELS run SMOOTH. Plus, I bought the GT wheels which work perfectly on GRAVEL, Rough Roads, Bike Paths and Bumpy sidewalks. I actually jog a bit with this, but not too much because this is not a jogging stroller. The SEAT HEIGHT is the tallest I have found when comparing to most strollers (besides jogging strollers). My son is 36 inches and there is A LOT of room for him to last till he is 5 years old. The only complaint I would ever have about this stroller is that there is no cup holder I can find that would hold a drink without it spilling. Also, my son keeps pulling on the brake on the top when he feels like being such a precious child, but that's just him. Hopefully this review helps someone out there looking for a stroller. I am surprised that I don't see this stroller around at all in Hawaii.

Best purchase we made
May 15, 2014
We debated between the baby jogger city versa, bugaboo and the uppababy vista. Ultimately, the versa is light, handles well, has the signature one hand fold that can't be beat. There's a roomy basket, the reversible seat, the extra windows that add visibility to our little guy when he's facing away. The good moves to keep the sun out of his eyes and the kicker is Baby joggers so so well priced to top it. Were so glad this is the stroller we bought. We recommend it to everyone and the warrantee and customer service are awesome .

I bought this stroller when my son was six months old--- I saw anothe rmother with it at the park and I was looking at her baby in the stroller sitting there so comfortably and I decided right there and then that my son too deserves to sleep in the most comfortable stroller ever! The city versa rides so smooth, especially when it goes over bumps, he doesn't even budge! The stroller folds so easy into the car and takes up very little space. There are so many different accesories that come with the stroller you can really customize it into your very own little creation! It light weight, super agile and comfortable for the baby straight into toddler years! Best value for the money!

I wanted to purchase a quality stroller this time around and baby jogger I heared had Amazing customer service. When I had a question regarding my stroller the staff were very helpful. I bought the stroller right before baby was born. I also purchased the adapter for my car seat it was super convient to just pop on the car seat when going to the store. The one handed fold in very convient. Once baby was old enough we started using the seat. The canopy is amazing! This has kept my little one shaded better than anything I've seen out there. The seat itself is very easy to pop on and off. I wish it reclined flat but it does recline in a laying down position. Another feature that we love is the adjustable handle I'm very short and hubby is tall so getting something that he was able to push without being slouched over was awesome. The ride is very smooth for baby. Overall it's a great stroller I've gotten a lot of compliments on it.

I purchased this stroller after the arrival of my second child and I have absolutely no regrets. I love that the seat faces forward or back and that it can recline to accommodate either my infant or three year old very easily. Great full featured stroller!
May 12, 2014
There are several things I love about Baby Jogger Strollers in general, and this one has all of them and then some! The two best things about baby jogger are the easy, one-handed fold and the tall seats that accomodate all size kids. This stroller takes it a step further with a reversible seat (that is super easy to do), adjustable handle and a great, easy push! The option to add GT tires later (additional purchase) is nice as well for heavier terrain. The stroller folds quite small for all the features, and has a HUGE basket for all of mommy's gear! The sunscreen is quite large as well. Overall, this is my favorite full featured stroller I have owned (and I have owned a LOT of strollers)!!

A lot of my friends have a Baby Jogger stroller, and they were always saying amazing things about them. I still had my big chunky Safety First when I did the switch. Not even comparable!! So easy to put together, very comfortable for the lil guy, easy to clean, and for us parents, such an easy stroller to maneuver!! I chose the Versa because we have one child, and won't be having any more. So we didn't need the extra features that the other models offer. It's one if the most important piece of baby gear that you will own - yes these strollers aren't cheap, BUT when you use it to take your lil one everywhere, in all conditions, you want something reliable, and that's easy to use. THIS IS IT. I love everything about it! You know you want it.... ;)

Great multipurpose stroller!
May 12, 2014
I've owned many strollers over 11 years and 4 kids, everything from three-wheel all-terrain, expensive and trendy, full-featured and compact, and cheap convenience. Some of then I liked, most of them I didn't. In the end, for my last baby I wanted one that could do it all (a reversible seat was important to me), and the Versa has more than met my expectations. Some of my favorite features: • reversible seat • the generously sized seat with one-hand recline • adjustable footrest (position and length) • easy, one-hand fold • huge basket (especially when the seat is parent-facing) • the huge canopy with two (magnetic) peekaboo windows I didn't need the car seat adaptors or bassinet as my youngest was already past that age, but I like that they are available should we ever need them. The only accessory I purchased was the snack tray which has been handy since I'm on the go so much. I love how it tucks into the seat when the stroller is folded. My only minor complaints: • the cost of the accessories (at least here in Canada) • the original wheels showed wear very quickly, I upgraded to GT wheels and was surprised that the Versa was ever sold without them. It is lighter to push and manoeuvres so much better. • it's a pretty heavy stroller, but I'm willing to live with it in return for all the features that I wouldn't have in a lighter one. Overall, I highly recommend the Versa, especially the GT model.

• huge basket (especially when the seat is parent-facing)
• the huge canopy with two (magnetic) peekaboo windows

I didn't need the car seat adaptors or bassinet as my youngest was already past that age, but I like that they are available should we ever need them. The only accessory I purchased was the snack tray which has been handy since I'm on the go so much. I love how it tucks into the seat when the stroller is folded.

My only minor complaints:
• the cost of the accessories (at least here in Canada)
• the original wheels showed wear very quickly, I upgraded to GT wheels and was surprised that the Versa was ever sold without them. It is lighter to push and manoeuvres so much better.
• it's a pretty heavy stroller, but I'm willing to live with it in return for all the features that I wouldn't have in a lighter one.

Overall, I highly recommend the Versa, especially the GT model.

Glides like butter and folds up so fast!

I love my City Versa! When looking for a stroller that was going to last and have great features, I chose this one. There are a few key features that drew me to it. First of all, it has a heavy duty frame that I'm sure will last through to my next child and longer. It always looks brand new, never looks dirty and is so easy to clean. I loved that I can just pop my car seat, straight from the car holding my sleeping baby, right into the adapters and go! There is ample space in the bottom of the cart, which is a must. The actual seat has a well shaded cover, that pulls forward way further than I have ever seen. Another cool feature is that the brake is near the top on the push bar, making it so that you don't ruin your shoes or pinch your toes trying to get it to lock. Above all, this stroller has great functionality. It's very smooth and turns on a dime. You can literally keep the stroller in one spot and spin it around! One of my other favorite features is how it folds up. It folds up so quick, with the pull of the handle and doesn't take up half of the space that others do. When I am with my mommy friends, they are still fussing with closing up their strollers and fitting them in their trunks while I am waiting, ready to go! I definitely recommend this stroller to anyone looking for a great stroller that will last you forever and provide you with many features that you will be happy you have!

Love the big basket

I've had so many stroller, too many and this is by far my favourite. It maneuvers great and the basket is big enough to hold a ton. I have two kids but didn't need the select and this is a great alternative. I love that she can face me when she's little and out to the world as she gets older.

Handles smoothly, easy to fold, easy to open. lightweight. great amount of space in basket. love that the seat reclines all the way back. love that the seat can face me, or away. the console doesn't fit properly so that's something that should be fixed. but aside from that i love my stroller!

LOVE this stroller

I bought this stroller a few days ago. I was looking for a stroller that would face forward it backwards and didn't fold to big. There was another stroller I was choosing from and the versa won. I couldn't be happier. My son my 2 year old daughter and 4 year old daughter all love it. I have never had a stroller that my oldest actually wanted to ride in. It strolls like butter on the street in the mall anywhere it changed positions easily has great shade canopy and collapses nicely. I love how for a bigger stroller it closes pretty darn compact! I'm in love with it! Thank you for making such a wonderful stroller.

Ive had this stroller since my son was born 19 months ago. It worked very well with the car seat adapter, is super compact, easy to fold, and maneuvers nicely! The shade is big enough and actually shades his face at majority of times during the day, unlike many other strollers I've seen. Lastly, it's easy to wipe down and keep clean. Highly recommend this stroller!
