This booster seat is very well designed. It feels really secure and the quick connect is amazing. While it is not a deciding factor, my little one thought she was so cool in her purple booster seat! As messy as she is, having an easily washable cover is a top-notch design. It even has cup holders which is a nice addition. I love that I can use it now as a high-back booster and later as just a booster. Overall, I am extremely impressed with every aspect of the Highpoint 2-Stage Belt-Positioning Booster seat.

I was lucky enough to receive this booster from the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I love that this booster uses the latch system for a secure install rather than just sitting in place like some boosters. It also comes in fun color combinations. We received the blue model and my son is obsessed.

This booster also has a clear color coded seatbelt path which makes it easy for him to buckle safely and more independently. My favorite feature is the lap belt guide which makes sure that the lap portion of the belt sits in the correct spot low across the upper thighs.

I also love that it will grow with him and become his backless booster eventually.

The install is literally a click. I love that the seat includes latch hooks instead of just sitting in the car like other boosters do. The grandparents love how easy it is to transfer into their car. The material is easy to wipe off and the cover is easy to remove if needed (we have a kiddo who gets car sick).

I was hoping with the cup holders out we'd be able to fit 3 across but with our current setup, that's not possible in the back of our van in the high back setup. Not a deal breaker but something to consider in the great car seat shuffle if you have multiple kids.

The seat feels sturdy without it being overly heavy. My child is comfortable in the seat and loves that he can use the belt guide on the lap belt to be sure it's in the right place. I'm looking forward to this being the last car seat for my child!

The Britax Highpoint 2-Stage Belt-Positioning Booster Seat was SO easy to put together and install. The quick-push lower connectors are game changing as it makes connecting the booster seat to the seat in the car so effortless and easy. The design and look of the booster seat is streamlined but also safety driven. I love knowing that my child is protected by the 3 layers of side impact protection. Having a cover that is easy to remove and is machine washable plus be dryer safe is a must for kids and busy families. The cover is very soft and plush and the naturally flame retardant fabric puts me at ease knowing there are no FR chemicals. The color coded seat-belt path sets my son up for independent success in wearing his seat belt correctly and safely. The bright red guides are easy to see and easy to follow. The SecureGuard Clip in the middle of the seat is perfect for positioning the seat belt over my son's lap and reminds him where the seat belt belongs. We are using the booster seat in its high back form but I love that it can transition to a backless booster while still using the seat-belt guides. I don't have a single complaint about this booster seat and trying to pick my favorite feature is hard. I love how lightweight this booster seat is but I also love knowing it's very safe for my growing son. I also love how it is made for kids up to 120 pounds so it will definitely grow with my son and keep him safer in the car. I received this car seat through the Stellar Product testing panel. My 6 year old son was really excited about the seat. He found it very comfortable and padded, and easily used the belt positioning features. We tried the high back function. Unfortunately the seat does not fit well in my car. Due to the position of the latches and the width of the seat it was too hard to get the seat belt buckled. We tried it for one or two days and it became clear that it wasn't going to work. Even with adult help it was too hard to buckle. I wanted to love this seat, but it just didn't work in my vehicle. We weren't able to use it long enough to determine if the other features like the washable covers were valuable. Britax makes great products, we have had many others from them, but this is the first with vehicle fit issues. Great seat if it fits your vehicle.

My favorite thing about this booster is that it has such a nice aesthetic, modern and clean design, and is very secure- unlike many other boosters it uses latch system to keep it secure wether or not a child is buckled in.

The seat itself is wider and more comfortable, but bc its so wide in the base it almost covers the seat belt buckle so my kids needed help buckling and didn't like doing it themselves. For long trips this wouldn't matter but we do a lot of quick in and out errands and helping buckle almost every time was a little inconvenient.

Arm rests are hard plastic but are angled nicely so the kids arms actually rest. The cup holders and fabric are removable which is nice for cleaning out any spills or crumbs!

The back height easily adjustable but bc the head rest is so wide it decreases visibility.

In the seat front between legs is a part to hold the seatbelt strap but both my kids didn't like using it bc the fabric rubbed their legs since it's summer and they mostly wore shorts.

Overall I really like this seat and feel it is one of the safest and stylish available on the market.

We have been using Britax car seats since my children were infants. So naturally, when my 7 year old finally started to outgrow her convertible car seat, Britax was our number one choice. Safety is my main concern when choosing a car seat, and I really like the multi-layer protection and flame retardant fabric. It was easy to install too! Of course my daughter liked all the color options and ultimately chose the green ombré. We are currently using the high back booster, but I love that this should be the last car seat we have to buy since it will grow with my daughter and can turn into a backless booster. The color coded seat belt paths make it easy to know that your child is in the car seat correctly and it's intuitive enough for them to buckle themselves in. Another bonus is the washable material because there are always spills in the backseat! Two cup holders are also a nice feature. This is my first booster seat without a 5-point harness + top tether which gives it a clean minimalist look while maintaining a high level of safety. Using the latch install was easier than making sure a top tether was tight enough. It was easy for my child to latch seat belt and hook it into the SecureGuard clip between the legs. It is taking some practice to remove the slack across the hips on their own, but I'm confident this will not be a problem. The headrest that the seatbelt guide is attached to easily adjusts very high, so I plan on using this seat with the high back for a long time (child is over 4'2" right now). The high back wings prevents my child from leaning when turning corners which happens in backless boosters and roomy enough that my child is still very comfortable. The backrest wings along with the head support gives me peace of mind that my child is as safe as possible. The fabric is easy to uninstall and reinstall when it needs to be removed for cleaning. The seat comes with two cup holders. With a 16-oz water bottle (pictured) in the cup holder, the gap in front of the armrest and the water bottle is a bit narrow for my child to guide both layers of the belt through to properly fasten the seatbelt. As my daughter began to outgrow her carseat, we were afforded the opportunity to test the Highpoint 2-Stage Belt-Positioning Booster Seat as par of a Stellar Product Testing Panel! We installed the seat just prior to a family vacation road trip and were pleasantly surprised at how easy the installation was. The instructions were clear amd simple.

The cloth materials seem comfortable and easy to clean. My daughter enjoyed it and rode comfortably for the entire trip. The booster seats easy installation and simple design make it great to transition from a Car-Seat. When it comes time for my younger daughter to tranisiton to a booster, we will likely be buying another.

I was excited to receive this high back booster from Stellar Panel to review with my 8 year old daughter. She was less than thrilled. She has hated every seat we've tried and we've tried so many. We unboxed the seat and right off the bat the seat feels sturdy and the material is soft and thick. The light gray color looks great with our black seats and doesn't get hot in the sun like so many dark seats. It was so easy to install. My favorite part is the red marked path for the seatbelt ensuring she's safely buckled in. She climbed in and tried out many positions, we used the seat for all of our back and fourth for a week before she decided this is definitely the seat for her. She said it's comfortable, easy and isn't bulky like a baby seat. This is definitely the seat we'll purchase for our second child to use as well. I would confidently recommend this seat to friends and family members.

All 4 of my children have had Britax Convertible car seats and I was thrilled to now have a booster seat as well. This booster was by far the best one we have ever owned! It was installed in my mini van in minutes. The latch makes it that much more safe, and keeps the seat in place as my 5 year old gets in and out of the van. The fabric is so clean looking and I love that it is easy to throw in the wash if needed. Having the fabric also be naturally flame retardant is just an added bonus safety feature! The color-coded seat-belt paths make it easier for my 5 year old to navigate how to buckle himself properly. My favorite feature of this booster is the belt positioning clip! I have never seen this in a booster seat before and its an excellent feature. This ensures that my kindergartener has his belt across his lap in the best position possible. Overall, this booster seat is impressive and I'm thankful for the opportunity for my son to use it (and then my daughter when she is ready). I know that with Britax, we are getting the best booster seat possible, and I am reassured that my son is safe every time we take a trip in the car because of all the safety features of this seat!

The Highpoint 2-Stage Belt-Positioning booster has lots of great features. My first feeling of satisfaction was with how easy it was to use out of the box. It's relatively lightweight, simple to attach and detach the back from the seat, and easy to secure safely in our SUV. My 5 year old seems comfortable, has room to grow, and loves the two cup holders. I love how easy the fabric is to remove and clean. The black and gray color scheme blends well in our car and hides inevitable kid stains. The Highpoint 2-stage Belt Positioning Booster is incredibly easy to assemble with the easy to follow instructions. Within a short time of securing the lower connectors we were ready to go in the booster with backrest attached. This backrest booster seat appears well-made. The color-coded seatbelt paths, and soft fabric throughout the seat, ensures both a safe and comfortable ride. Aesthetically this car seat looks great in its contours and fresh green ombre, flame retardant, fabric. The thoughtful safety highlighted is clearly noted in the user guide. In addition to safety, and easy installation, I love the easy to remove seat cover that can be cleaned along with the dishwasher safe dual cup holders. These two features will keep it looking its best for many years! My son loved the freedom of movement with the use of the cars shoulder belt. My son complained of the booster not fitting the depth of the seat, and the height profile of booster seat limiting his view out the windows. The one complaint I have is that the high back moves away from vehicle seat back when my son leans forward in position to reach for something, even though it is installed as instructed. This can be worrisome in the newly found freedoms within the increased range of motion of my 6 1/2 -year old in this seat. My son is 49" tall and 50lbs, although he meets the requirement for the seat, with backrest, I feel more comfortable waiting until he's a little bigger related to the high backs movement when he is moving around. Overall, this seems to be a good, safe seat that will accommodate my son as he grows into the stages of growing out of a 5-point harness car seat. A seat for a few years to come! I recently had the chance to try out this booster seat thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel! As I've come to expect from Britax, this seat was well designed and felt safe. The fabric has a nice ribbing to it and it felt luxe yet rugged enough to stand up to the inevitable beating it will take from its young users. My children haven't beat it up enough to require a cleaning as of yet, but I understand the covering to be machine wash and dry, which is a huge pro! It attaches to the shell using elastic loops-I personally prefer snap closures but these loops are easily accessible and don't cause much of a problem.

Install was intuitive and exceptionally quick. I installed in the high back mode as my oldest child is not yet large enough for backless. I did have to remove my vehicle's headrest to install properly, but that might have been the hardest part of the process.

My one con with this booster seat is that it is a bit on the wide side. It is not as compact as my other seats and it may not work well for you in tight spaces.

We have several boosters, and this seems to be the highest quality. The fabric is soft and easy to wash.

It was super easy to install and easy to detach from the back to have it serve as a backless booster. This is the first booster we've had that "installs" which is much easier and leads to less tossing of the booster seat in the car! My kids also love the cup holders. I was super lucky and received this car seat as part of the Stellar Testing Panel and we love it! It has a contoured design that fits well in my car and my son is very comfortable in it. I love that it fits 3 across since I have 5 kids in car seats. We are currently using this in high back booster mode for my 8 year old. The cover comes off easily to go in the washer and I appreciate that so very much since we often have to eat on the run in the car. My favorite part of this seat is how easy it was to install and how the color coding makes it so simple to figure out the proper belt paths. I highly recommend this seat!

This booster seat not only thrilled my daughter but thrilled me as well. The moment we opened the box and my 8-year-old (and now jealous 5-year-old) saw the beautiful purple ombre color, they squealed with joy. Few car sets have inspired joy from my children, but this one was so aesthetically pleasing, it did just that. Once they sat in it (because of course they each needed to take a turn) I heard ooh's and ahh's of comfort. We've had this seat for a few weeks now and my 8-year-old mentions how comfortable it is nearly every single time.

I was then the one who was appreciative. The assembly and install were both extremely quick and easy. I viewed the instructions to make sure I did it correctly, but honestly it was a pretty intuitive design. I also loved that it had the lower LATCH connectors to make sure my seat didn't slide around when I drive without my daughter in the car. Plus, she is super safe when she does sit in it thanks to the amazing attention to safety detail.

With the color-coded seat-belt paths you really can't mess it up either. It makes it quick and simple for my daughter to get in the car and I love that for the first time I can ensure the waist part of the seat belt is sitting on her appropriately. She is extremely tall for her age (90th percentile) so being able to not only adjust it, but having it fit her with extended height/weight restrictions is great.

Finally, it is SO easy to clean and wash! It is a matter of wiping down the fabric for little spills, or throwing the cover in the washing machine and dryer for bigger messes. Plus, it's easier to put away then a load of laundry, ha.

I am borderline obsessive when it comes to researching important purchases, and there are few things more important than the safety of my children, so carseats are always a thoughtful buy in my family. Which is why I was absolutely thrilled when the Stellar Review Panel asked if I wanted to try out the Britex High Point 2-Stage Belt-Positioning Booster Seat, because not only is my kiddo ready for a more big kid booster seat, but I absolutely respect and trust the Britex brand.

First off, the seat arrives in two separate pieces (the Booster and the Back) along with two sturdy removable cup holders. Connecting the Booster to the back is a snap (literally). In fact, everything about this Booster Seat is user friendly. I honestly think I could probably remove this booster from one car and reinstall it in another in under two minutes. Maybe in 90 seconds if I really pushed (and had my second cup of morning coffee that day haha). It truly is THAT simple. The most time consuming aspect of the first install was reading the manual front to back (but again... I'm a tad OCD).

We've only been using the seat for a short time but here is what I like about it so far:

*Simple/quick install (perfect for trading between dad's/grandparents/babysitter/friend's car).

*The cup holders are SO sturdy and so easy to remove should I need to clean out in inevitable kiddo junk that I am sure they will get grimed up with.

*It will grow with my little for years to come (weight range is 40-120 lbs and my kid is just under 50 lbs so we should get a lot of use out of this).

*The bright red seat belt guides are easy to follow or to explain to someone who might be moving the seat for the first time without me present (like a babysitter or whatnot).

*Attaching and removing the seat's connector to my vehicle's anchor is super quick and smooth.

*Visually, the two toned muted purples are lovely both from an adult's perspective and to a child's eye.

*Did I mention that I love Britex? They have set the standard for carseats for years.

Here's what my kiddo likes about it:

My preschooler has declared the Seat "very comfy" and she was tickled pink to have not only her own cup holders, but arm rests as well. Her stamp of approval goes a long way when it comes to how pleasant or unpleasant a car ride can be. She also is a fairly sensory sensitive kid and she happens to like the feel of the seat cover. Which is apparently naturally flame resistant and fully washable, which is a huge bonus cause again.... kids are inherently rather gross and will surely gunk it up eventually, and I love that I can safely wash the cover.

Finally, the drawbacks to the Highpoint booster seat. The only complaint I have thus far is that I wish the cup holders were just a TAD bigger. While they are able to fit my kid's 11 ouncs Pura water bottle with room to spare, they are SLIGHTLY too small to accomodate the 16 ounce Thermoflask bottles unless you remove the little rubber sleeve, then they can just barely squeeze in. Granted, we have only had the seat for about a week and other drawbacks may come to light over time (and I will try to remember to loop back and update my review after a few more months of use), but as it stands I am absolutely satisfied with the Britex Highpoint booster seat!

My 5 year old loves this booster! One of our favorite things about it is the very soft plush fabric. It feels high-end and good quality. The booster is low enough on the seat of the vehicle that she can buckle herself up. Many other convertible boosters are too thick and she can't reach the buckle so we love she can be independent.

We like the extra support for the lap belt path. She can easily route it though the clip and it ensures a proper fit. The shoulder belt path is great because it truly keeps the belt in place and it doesn't easily slide out. I also love how easily I can adjust the height of the back.

We love that it can become a backless booster for when she is older too!

It was so convenient to grab it right out of the box and begin setting it up right away. It is extremely light weight, so it won't be too difficult to move it from vehicle to vehicle. We love the color of the booster as well and how comfortable it is for my daughter to sit in. She says it is her favorite booster yet! The Highpoint 2-Stage Belt-Positioning Booster Seat definitely helps with comfort for her. She is able to have appropriate support while still able to be safe in her seat. One of the best features of the seat is the color coded seatbelt path. This allows for my child to quickly buckle herself in safely and with confidence. Another great feature is how easy the seat is to clean. It is as easy as a quick wipe down. The last thing I wanted to mention is just the fact that I know my child is safe in this seat. This is demonstrated through the flame retardant fabrics and the secure seat belt position.

The fabric is easy to wipe down for quick cleans, and the cover is easy to remove for deep washing machine cleans. Another bonus is the color coded seat-belt paths make it so easy for my son to know exactly where the belt needs to go. I feel very confident that my child is safely and securely seated.

This was our first experience using a booster and it was a great one. My son is about to grow out of his 5 point harness so we decided to start practicing with a high back booster. My son is six years old and 45" tall. We had needed to switch to a high-back booster since his weight was rapidly about to age him out of his car seat. However, researching boosters can be overwhelming to say the least! When we received the Britax Highpoint 2-Stage Belt Positioning Booster Car Seat, we were pleasantly surprised with the simple and sleek design. It was a bit tricky to place the high-back portion into the booster, we found it easiest to place on a flat surface to insert. The rest of the install was a breeze with the color coded seat-belt paths! My husband was thrilled compared to our previous car seats! The install by far was his favorite part. As a mom of two kids who suffer from car sickness, I was a fan of how easily the cover and cup holders are removed for cleaning. My son told us it was comfortable and that he felt officially like a "big kid!" Overall a win! Thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for providing me with this booster seat.

We just bought this for our 7-year-old. Love the color, mulberry. The structure and safety features prompted us to purchase this seat. It was easy to install!! The only complaint: but easily rectified, is the lower secure guard clip was uncomfortable for our daughter. We removed it. The seat was also very comfortable and looks easy to clean when needed.

Not happy with the fact that my 6 year old can't really tie himself in. Is this standard operation for boosters? I have a Landcruiser, maybe it's an issue with the vehicle seatbelt but it is not really working for me. Unfortunately the store where I bought it won't change it.

This seat has been great for my son. He just turned 5 years old and is very tall (50 inches) and we have had a hard time finding a seat that will keep him safe and keep him comfortable. We love how he has the safety features, but also has a little more "freedom" to see and move about. I would definitely recommend this seat.

I worry that any product I use on my child could be harmful. I always search multiple reviews before any purchase. Britax always gets top ratings for safety, so I put my trust in their car seats.

This is the first booster seat I have tried, but I really like it. The fabric of the seat cover is high quality and repels stains well. It's also very easy to remove to wash, unlike other car seats I've tried. I was very impressed with how simple installation was, as well as how simple it is to convert to a backless booster and back. I really like that the seat itself attaches to the car seat with the Latch anchors. I find them easy to use and very secure. Britax's design for them is well-thought-out. They're easy to access and tighten. My daughter is just at the bottom end of the height and weight range for this booster, but she still is very secure and comfortable in this seat. I received this seat thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel, but my opinions are my own, and I like it so much that when I need a second booster for my younger child I'm planning to purchase a second of this same booster.

I received the Britax Skyline 2-Stage Booster Seat from Stellar Product Testing in exchange for my honest opinion. We have 4 kiddos and so we have gone through a lot of carseats. Im a stickler for safety and I have a couple children with sensory processing disorder as well and so car seats are always a challenge. They can't be too hot, or too uncomfortable. They also can't be too easy to get out of or undo while driving. However, it is challenging as a child gets older and too big for harnessed seats to assure they are still safe in the car in a booster. So, as you can see for us it is more then just a cute and comfy carseat we are looking for. We found the Britax Skyline very easy to install, 2 cupholders is always a benefit so that one can hold a snack or toy and another can hold water. I loved that it has latch attachments still as a lot of boosters don't and they slide around or the kid can move them around in the seat while driving. This seat stayed nice and snug in place. We used it in the full back mode so it was easy to adjust and my daughter liked how it cradled her head but didn't narrow her field of view. The red seat belt path being clearly marked helps her remember easily to put the seatbelt under the armrest as well. She seems to be pretty comfortable in it and because it still has a bit of a feel of a regular convertible carseat she doesn't move in it too much. The material is easy to wipe off for spills and the cup holders remove easily to clean which is a plus for any busy mom. Overall, I think it is a great seat and I like you can detach the back for extended use. My only caveat is that the back is a little finicky to put on but that is a minor issue. And if you have a smaller car the top of the seat is wider so it isn't the most narrow booster out there, so if space is an issue I would measure first because this one is wider then others we have had. But if those 2 issues don't bother you it is a great, safe product, and for our family it worked out to be a good transition from a convertible seat for a kiddo with troubles staying in a seat.

I thought the booster seat came well packaged in the box and had clear instructions for assembly. It had two large separate pieces that you joined together as well as two cup holders to attach to either sides of the seat.

Installing the seat was extremely simple and the seat itself is very light! This booster seat is a great option for grandma's car since she can easily put it in and take it out when she needs to.

My son and I both really liked the material of the seat. The booster seat was breathable, easy to wipe and soft. My son gets hot extremely easily and this booster seat did a great job at allowing airflow compared to others.

Britax is a well known brand when it comes to quality and safety and this booster seat continues to showcase both of those traits. Overall the booster seat is a great seat at a great cost and made with all of the great qualities the Britax brand continues to strive to achieve.

Super easy to install and lightweight. We took this with us on our recent trip. I was thrilled that it was lightweight and easy to carry. It can be challenging carrying 2 car seats, strollers, and managing 2 kids. The Britax Skyline 2-Stage Booster Seat has a latch system that secures the booster. I felt like that was important it prevents the booster from sliding around. The color coded belt paths is a nice addition. After showing my 5 year old a couple times how to loop it over her lap and click the seat belt she was able to secure herself before each ride. The extra high back made the booster feel more secure and in place. I loved that you can use this until 12 years old. The booster was easy to remove the back and reinstall. The highlights of the booster is it's portability, removable covers, and slim profile. I was able install 2 car seats leaving enough room for a 3rd passenger to sit in the middle.

This booster seat is an A+ in my books; it is stylish while still being functional and allows the user to adapt the seat to their requirements. My child is just entering the booster seat age/size range so I'm a little hesitant to go seat only, but this booster comes with an optional back that can be used to position the seat belt and provide added protection for side impacts (and the back is height adjustable to ensure the seat belt is at the right height). Attaching the back to the booster was super easy but getting it off requires some force (I was afraid I was breaking it off). The seatbelt guides on the back are also bright red and intuitive to thread the belt through. I will likely remove the back once my son grows, but for now this is perfect for my needs. The booster itself is lightweight and super easy to install (well, at least compared to the non-booster seats I've previously used). You just click the latches, pull a strap to tighten and that's it! So far I've gotten no complaints that the seat is uncomfortable (maybe that's just because he's excited to be sitting in a big boy seat). Also - 2 cup holders! Our previous Britax seat had 2 and it's so nice to continue having 2 (versus only one or none). This all is par for the course for Britax and I will continue to use Britax with all my children. I highly recommend this booster seat.

It is so easy to install, and I love that it still has the LATCH attachment. It was not as easy to convert to a backless booster and I thought it would be. You are supposed to just be able to bend the back of the booster back until it snaps off, but I felt like I was going to break it. I had to apply a lot of pressure to get it to snap off. It is very easy to snap back on though. The booster is so easy for us to use and the color-coded belt paths are such a big help. My daughter loves the attached cups holders. I love that it can truly grow with my child. She is tall enough to use just the backless booster but I am so thankful for the added protection that the back of the booster provides. We have moved this around in our car several times and it is so much easier than a traditional car seat to move. I would highly recommend this to any of my friends or family.

I received a Britax Skyline 2 stage Booster Seat from Stellar Parent Product Testing Panel. Soon as I opened the box, my daughter was very excited and said it was beautiful.
She was thrilled to try out a big girl seat.
I tried both modes for the Booster seat with the back and backless. It required a gentle hit to click the back into place. This Britax boosterseat is super lightweight making it very easy to transfer to another car.
I liked the color coded belt paths, it made it easy to make sure I installed it correctly. Installation was a breeze.
my daughter said she loved the 2 cup holders! all our other seats we have had only have 1, so 2 is great for holding drinks and snacks.
The back seems very upright but my daughter said it was comfortable. It does not take up much space in the back of the car so there is plenty of room between our 2 carseats for the kids car activity box.
I like that there are 2 layers of side impact protection and plenty of comfortable padding.
I enjoy how the headrest has 10 different positions to grow with your child.
Overall this is a great user friendly, safety featured, light weight, kid approved booster seat.
I would recommend this boosterseat to other parents.

As a parent, the most important thing to me is safety. The Britax Skyline 2-stage booster seat is not only highly rated, but it feels secure. The install was ridiculously easy and can be moved to a different car quickly if needed. Having the quick-push connectors is a personal favorite after using other types of car seats without it in the past. The first thought is when something is that easy to install it might not be secure, but that is definitely not the case - I tried to shake it to make sure it wasn't going to move around and it stayed in place.

Another feature that I love is the dishwasher safe cup holders - how many times to the kids get something ridiculously gross in those? Too many to count, this makes keeping things clean so much easier.

My daughter loves that she is a "big kid" and can properly put the seat belt in place and undo it when needed. We talked through the proper positioning and she loves having that independence! This seat will also grow with her since we can take the back off as she grows.

We have owned several Britax infant seats over the years, so I had high expectations for the Britax Skyline 2-Stage Booster. I'm happy to report my expectations were met. We installed the booster as the high back using the latch. It took two minutes to install and I like the color coded belt paths. They definitely help in teaching proper seatbelt placement. My guy loves the dual cupholders, using one for his water bottle and the other to hold his toys. The padding seems thicker than other models which is a plus in my book, especially when traveling! This review is for the high-back booster mode. The install was super easy with the way the latch attachments and height adjustment are setup. The color coded belt path was useful, as well. The cup holders made the seat a bit wider than I would like, so it's great that they are removable (and dishwasher safe). My kiddo is on the smaller side. Though his height and weight are above the minimums, unfortunately, he didn't feel comfortable using the booster with the shoulder belt. He's still within range for his carseat, so we're going to keep him in the 5-pt harness a bit longer. Many thanks to the Stellar Product Testing Panel for sending me this booster seat to try out. I look forward to using it more when my kiddo is a bit bigger.

I received this booster seat from the steller product testing panel and was extremely happy with it. Not only was this seat easy to put together and take apart the back extended very high to accommodate my children as they grow. I like using the booster seat with the back attached as it provides a little more security for my children ( 4yr old and 6 yr old). The booster seat has a headrest that is super comfortable for my children as they fall asleep in the car during long drives. It cradles their head, so it doesn't fall and give them a stiff neck when they wake up. The color-coded belt paths were a nice addition but not necessary. It was easy for my children to use. The built-in cup holders are my children's favorite feature they love putting their water bottles in there as well as any other treasure of the day. they are sturdy and will hold about any snack your child will put inside. Personally, the best feature of this car seat is that everything is easy to take off and wash if necessary. The padding is easy to remove and the cup holders are dishwasher safe. My son will put all sorts of things inside and when the ride is over I can take the cup holders ( and possibly the padding) off and put them in the dishwasher for an easy clean.

Britax Skyline 2-Stage Booster Seat Review

Overall, I am happy with this car seat for a variety of reasons. First, it's super easy to assemble. The backrest snaps onto the seat very simply and with no tools necessary. The cup holders are also easy to install (marked L and R) and can be removed to be washed which is a big help. I've had seats in the past with built in cups and they get dirty fast!

Another thing I loved was that the seat is really lightweight. It was easy to install with only two tethers that clipped into the seat and the seatbelt is easy to string though the holder on either the left or right side depending on where you have the seat installed. I loved that there was a reminder label (see image) that told you what the height needed to be in relation to your child's head and shoulders. Every car seat is different and this guide really made it easy to double check that the seatbelt was in the correct position. Genius!

One thing I didn't love was that there is not a back tether to hold the backrest in place flush against the car seat. It felt a bit loose on the backrest at first, even after the tethers had been tightened. That being said, once I had my child in the seat and with the seatbelt fastened, the seat was much more secure. I think by not having the back tether, it makes for a lighter seat and easier to install, so for folks looking to move the seat often from car to car, this might be a good thing.

The surrounding cushions are really soft and the seat has a narrow/slim footprint which I really liked. Some seats can be too bulky and this one was substantial enough to feel safe but without being overpowering.

Overall, I really like this car seat and think my son will be able to use it for many years to come, especially as he gets older and we can convert it to the backless seat.

I was excited to try the Britax Skyline 2-stage Booster Seat, mostly because we had another Britax high back booster that we love. The first thing I noticed about the Skyline Booster is the soft and smooth fabric. My daughter loved it. The high back is easy to remove and re-install. The seat has a slim profile, fitting perfectly in our SUV. It was easy to install with the latch system, and the side buttons made it easy to tighten. The dual cupholders are always a plus! Overall, my favorite aspects are the fabric and slim profile. I would definitely recommend this booster to anyone. I received this booster as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel.

I was given this Booster Seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel and really enjoyed this product for the past month. The seat was packaged very nicely in the shipping box and was easy to assemble with quick steps in the included instruction packet. The best part about the booster seat, besides the two cup holders, was how light it is and how easily it can maneuver between our cars and also with grandparents. I appreciate the simplicity of the fabric and colors and that the material is durable and cleanable! The latching system was a bit tricky but we got it figured out and have had no issues. The one item that didn't seem to work as well was transitioning between the high-back and the booster. Even though my son is not old enough for just the booster, I wanted to test it out and it felt like the plastic was going to break off in the process of trying to remove it. I guess once you are able to go to the lower booster, it wouldn't be a problem with the markings but we needed to reattach the high-back. We are a traveling family and this will very easily come with us whether on a road trip or flying. Overall, I am very satisfied with the booster and foresee us using this for a long time.

I was given this Booster Seat to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. It is a winner in our household! My husband loves how lightweight it is and easy to put together. You snap on the back (if you want the high back), snap in the cup holders and you're done! I like the high back, but it's a breeze to unhook it quickly to convert back to a backless booster. My favorite features are the latch hooks that give it just a bit more security so that the booster is not sliding all over the place & the guided belt path to help with a proper fit. And our daughter loved that it was smaller and seemed more like a "real seat". She had an easy time buckling and unbuckling herself. We have not used it on any long trips, but it's been great for regular daily errands.

It was easy to snap the back on and adjust the height of the back. I loved the way the clips store in the seat and how easy they are to tighten once the seat is in the car. My daughter thought it was comfortable and loved the cup holders. When she is bigger, we will likely use this in a grandparents' car as it is lightweight and easy to move between cars.

We originally had a backless booster so I wasn't sure how my daughter would respond to it having a back and she absolutely loves it! She said, "it's like it's giving me a hug"! She also loves the headrest and having two cup holders! You can remove the back if you prefer. It was easy for her to buckle herself and we just love how sleek it looks as well! Safe, comfortable and stylish!

I was given this Britax Skyline 2 Stage Belt Positioning Booster to try as part of the Stellar Product Testing Panel. I was really excited to try out this booster seat, especially since my younger son is about to transition out of a car-seat and we think very highly of Britax products. 

I will start with the positives:
- The seat + back is pretty light weight and seems very cushiony
- The guided belt paths make it easy for the seat belt to stay in place and my 5 yr old kiddo had no problem buckling the seat belt
- The seat back was very easy to attach to the base
- I liked that the seat bottom had an option to connect to the car's LATCH
- Great safety features from a brand you can trust

Unfortunately, there were a few drawbacks that really impacted my rating for this product & ultimately its usability for our family:
- It was very difficult to convert it back to a backless booster. To the point that I thought I was breaking it, which in reading the instructions, seems to be the only way it can be removed
- The seat back is very narrow. Granted, I have a bigger than average 5-year old, but his shoulders couldn't comfortably fit in the seat back
- It is more substantial than our other booster seat and takes up more room in the car

Our primary use for this product will probably be as a backless booster, since the bottom of it seems to be pretty comfortable for my son.
