Evenflo Advanced Chase Lx Harness Booster Seat - Glacier Ice

This was for my grandson and we have bought I don't know how many car seats over the last 35 years. This on is light weight, while being durable and easy to install.

This car seat suits all my granddaughters needs. She absolutely loves it and so do I.

Easy to install, lightweight, and fits perfectly in the back seat of a mini cooper! My 4 yr old says it's comfortable.

It needs thicker cushioning and shoulder pads on the straps. Other than that it's great

It's a great car seat, and I'm so glad we bought it. Our twins needed a new seat! The only reason why I can't give it 5 stars is because the front flaps that you can lift up so as to access the crotch button and move it to a different position are already not fastening. The white plastic pieces don't do a good job keeping it in place. It's more of a nuisance than a danger, but it is frustrating. We bought two of these seats, and both are doing the exact same thing.

This car seat is ok. The padding is very thin and the clips where the fabric connects to the seat keep popping off every time my child is sitting in it. No matter how hard I push it back in it constantly pops off.

Bought for my mom who likes to take my daughter for the afternoon. Very affordable easy to set up and my daughter is very happy with it!

Love the flexibility it provides. The color is great and it's a perfect fit. Why do you require 50 characters?

In harness mode it is difficult to install this seat tightly using the anchors. We've tried it in at least 3 vehicles. And to change the height of the harness you have to uninstall. We also find the straps feel thin which means they are always twisting in the buckles.
In booster mode my kids quickly out grew it by height.
Also at 40 lbs exactly you have to change from harness to booster mode even if your kid isn't really ready.

Easy setup, but disappointing seat cover. The bottom of the cover has plastic clips that fold under and snap into the seat itself. They do NOT stay in and pop out constantly. The plastic clips scratch my grandaughters thighs.

We bought this to use for our grandson. He was outgrowing his old one at only 2-1/2. This seat is really nice! It's lightweight and easy to install. He seems really comfortable in it. It's great that it's so versatile and will become a booster seat when he's older.

Over all I like this car seat but on the down side the bottom part of the seat cover constantly comes unclamped no matter how many times I've fixed it , it doesn't stay in place . I've had it for 5 months !

My daughter really loves this new "big girl" booster seat! It's much easier for her to get in and out of plus I love the multi-tether system. It gives me greater peace of mind.

This is a good car seat for the price. The cup holders aren't real solid... a little loose but I'm guessing it's made that way for easy removal. The slots to adjust the height of the shoulder straps might be a little low. We have adjusted to the second from the top (only one level left) for our 1 year old and 2 year old who are similar in height. Everything else is good. Nice design for kids that are getting big enough to want to look around. It was a good purchase.

It wont sit flat against my seat. It didnt come with cup holders like it was supposed to. And i washed the cover the first time and it ripped

I bought 2 of these for my granddaughters. As soon as I put them in for the very first time the bottom of the cover pops off and will NOT stay in whatsoever! Very disturbing for the girls and me. Have tried to find a fix none yet. Very disappointed will not purchase again and what's sad is I have 24 grandkids. Both of our losses.

It works well and installing it was fairly easy. We have been able to use it with minimum fuss.

Now that I have transitioned my child to this car seat he really seems to be riding in comfort and safe. No problems on buckling and seems so secure. It is not that bulky so it remains plenty space for me to use another car seat and still leave a comfy seat in between. Also its not that heavy and I can install it easy and quickly in another car. Its a plus that i can remove the padding to wash it. Very efficient those cup holders!!

As always evenflo delivered an awesome product, we installed this seat in my husbands truck because we got tired of taking the one out of my car and shuffling it back and fourth. We typically take the truck when we go on longer family trips, we recently went on a 6 hours drive and my Daughter loved her new seat, she seemed very comfortable and kept saying how much she loved the "blue color" it's actually more like a turquoise. I love that the seat is safe and tested very well. I did notice some other moms saying that the seat cover raises around the bottom and won't go back on properly, however I have not experienced this, maybe it was a fix with a newer design, I'm not sure but all in all I love the seat and my 5 year old daughter does as well. Great seat and I highly recommend this company.

The Chase Plus was an easy install and leaves plenty of room for extra passengers or cargo in the back seat of my Honda CR-V. I'm glad this seat can grow with my son for extended use into a high back booster!

I was so excited when this car seat arrived and I am so pleased to say that I am very happy with it! It is a great color, so lightweight, and extremely easy to install!

I love that it can be used with the included five point harness or with a seat belt. It seems like it is a very safe seat. I also really like that it has two cup holders and my son says it is comfortable. He feels like he is in a "big boy" seat, but I know he is still safe.

My car has narrow seats, so it was hard to find a car seat that fit securely. This car seat fits very well, and I am confident my baby is very safe. I also love the two cup holders, they are very convenient. And how the seat will grow with my toddler, and I won't need to buy a separate booster seat. Love this product!

Great booster seat. Comfortable and safe, easy to install. Has cup holders like his big sisters booster seat, which is obviously the most important factor to a 5 year old, so child approved too.

I am happy that the seat belt chest piece is a bit tough to open which is awesome safety feature that ensures my 5 yr old doesn't unbuckle herself while Vehicle in motion. The color is vibrant and seat is light weight to switch between vehicles on the vehicles. Easy to install just need to tighten 2 screws in the 2 cup holders. Comes fully assembled aside from
that. The cloth material is removable so you can machine wash it.

Evenflo always never ceased to amaze me. This seat is so comfortable, for my son, the belts are easily moveable to help adjust to his body. The only thing i would say is that he slides his arm out of the straps pretty easily.I especially love the two cup holders, as an on the go parent it easy to place a snack and his favorite cup, in the cup holders.

I use this seat as a belt positioning booster. It is very lightweight, easy to install, and I love the color! It's also compact so it gives my daughter a lot more room to get in and out which is nice. The low profile makes it easier for her to buckle herself compared to the convertible seat we have. The last positive I will mention are the two solid cup holders. We have another Evenflo that has cup holders with elastic on the outside and literally no cup will stay in! That being said, this seat does not hold the belt in position. She claims it is her favorite seat, I think because it feels less like a car seat than the others she's used up to this point which were harnessed, but every time she gets in she gets frustrated and asks me to help her get the belt to stay back because it's in her face. She meets height and weight requirements to use it as a booster so that's not the problem. The clips for the belt path are just not sufficient to keep it in place if she moves even an inch to roll down the window. If she were small enough to use it with the harness I would have given it five stars but it unfortunately does have that one flaw as a booster.

The Evenflo Chase Plus carseat is wonderful. I'm in love with the color. Super simple to install came together assembled and ready to use. Just had to snap the cup holders in place. It came with two cupholders which was great. Knowing my child will be safe in the car with this Evenflo Chase Plus carseat is a two thumbs up in my book. It's not too big and fits in my hatchback great leaving tons of room. It does have a removable head rest which is good as well.

This carseat is very lightweight and easy to install. It suits better bigger children than babies or toddlers in my opinion. I love how it comes with cupholders on both sides! Enough cushion to make it comfortable and love the color I received! (grenada)

I love this car seat because with having 3 little ones it isn't one of those bulky kind, it fits perfectly leaving enough room to put another car seat in. It was very easy to install & super easy to use! I love how it accommodates any size, easily adjustable & my son loves it!

It's perfect for our family, since its not heavy to transport from car to car. My daughter loves to be able to put her snacks on one side and water in the other

We are using the Chase Plus for my almost 5-year-old who is still in a 5-point harness, but will be ready to transition to a booster this year. It is lightweight and very easy to install, which makes it great if you need to switch between cars often. My son is comfortable and loves having two big cup holders for his snacks and toys. I find it easier to tighten properly than my convertible car seat, and I also love that the fabric comes out and is machine washable!

I love the color of this seat! I will be using this carseat for my 3 year old. The seat seems comfortable- there is a little bit of padding in the seat. The seat is very light weight too which is nice if you need to move it around a lot. The chest clip is stiff and difficult to get apart, I'm hoping it will loosen over time. I've found that evenflo's chest clips are hard to undo on several different car seats. It's a great price on a seat that should last my boy a long time!

I love that it is so easily able to go from a car seat to a booster. My son is right in the middle so I am keeping it as a regular car seat for now, but it's so convenient and I don't have to make yet another purchase!

This booster seat is fairly lightweight and I like that my child can use it much longer since it is both a car seat and a booster seat. Everyone in my home was impressed that the weight limit goes up to 120lbs! We like that there are two cupholders since my toddler aways is carrying lots of snacks and trinkets! This definitely feels like a base level model as the cushioning isn't amazing... I'm not sure that for super long drives we would use it as we have other carseats that seem more comfortable. I think the price reflects that fairly. This is another solid product from Evenflo!

We love how lightweight the seat is in comparison to our other convertible car seat. It came with two cup holders which were easy to install although they were not snap in holders, they were held together with screws. The material seems to be easy to wipe down and definitely easy to remove to put in the washer. The only thing I am still working around is the clip in parts. I like that it's harder for my son to un clip himself but I find I have trouble unclipping him sometimes since the clips are hard to undo compared to another car seat. The straps have sometimes also been easily tangled through the straps. Overall we are happy with the seat as my son fits it in great with room to grow as he moves on to the booster.

This car seat is one of the comfiest car sets we have gotten for our kids. It has plenty of room for froth and was easy to install. It's like most convertible car seats that switch to a booster but a little wider and has more padding making it comfy for the child. It fits into any car or truck nicely without taking up a ton of room. Only thing that would make this better is the style of clip in that they put on the straps to hook to the anchors. They have the hard to move clips that's do not adjust as easy as they could. Only wish is that is had Evenflo' a quick connect connection system to the vehicle.

This seat is so light weight and nice. It is very easy to install with seat belt. The top teather is nice and easy to clip and tighten. The seat has 2 nice cup holders that snap on and you secure with screws that are included. You have 4 height slots you can move the harness up when the child grows. It is easy to clip and up clip the chest clip. The buckle on the seat has to slots you can put it in depending on the child. The cover is nicely padded. When it is used as a booster it has slots on the side that hold the shoulder belt. The cover pops off nicely making it easy to clean up messes that might happen. Over all this is a great seat that is light weight and comfortable

My 3 year old daughter (30lbs) was ready to move from her previous car seat to a booster seat providing more room for her. It comes with two cup holders & easy to use snaps. The only issue I have is that the straps are easy to get tangled since there isn't anything to rest them upon while getting into and out of the car seat. This booster seat will be used for hopefully many years to come! This is a very nice quality booster seat for the price and I would recommend.

This is a great car seat! While the seat itself is a decent size it is reasonably light compared to a lot of other seats on the market. We remove the seat from the car after every use, so the weight is a big deal for us.

We used this seat with our very active 4yo and therefore removed the harness and utilized the car's seatbelt. One of my favorite features is the location of the seatbelt's shoulder strap guide behind the head rest. In other seats I have used, even when installing the car's shoulder strap through the appropriate slot in the car seat and tightening as much as possible, the strap sometimes slips out of it's guide slot causing it to ride up closer to my son's neck. I absolutely hate that. With this car seat, the seatbelt guide is between the headrest and the back portion of the seat. Therefore, even if it were to somehow slip out of the guide, its positioning prevents the seatbelt from riding up where it shouldn't be.

My other favorite is how easy it is to remove the cover for washing. 4-year-olds are messy, especially in the car, and it is so fast and easy to take off the cover to throw it in the wash. It's a huge time saver.

When you receive the car seat the cupholders are not installed. Versus merely clipping into place, you need to install them with a screw. This was an extremely minor inconvenience, I just found it odd.

Overall, this is a great car seat. It meets all the basics, has an attractive color and has a few bonuses with the weight, ease of cleaning, and seatbelt guide.

We absolutely love this seat! It's like weight easy to move from car to car, easy to take apart to wash. I love how my son sits in it, it doesn't sit to far forward for when he falls asleep his head doesn't tip over forward. Also I love this teal color with the grey!!! I highly recommend this seat!!!!

What a great car seat! Super easy to install, the seat is strong yet at the same time not bulky. The instal was fast and easy, once you know where the clips are in your car.
