I tested it in the store & loved it! I loved the design & the fact that the seat can be used many different ways! I also loved that it was big so I know my son would be comfortable in it not matter how big he got, but not even 2 weeks after using it , the wheel started acting up. I should have listened to to reviews but I liked it way to much . We tried many different ways to try to get it to work, but we just can't seem to get it to work longer then 20 minutes. It was not fun to deal with while doing all that holiday shopping and having a million people by us while we were trying to get the stupid thing to keep going straight!

Much better jogging strollers out there than this one. Front wheel catches when trying to turn. Not smooth.

I loved the large cargo storage and the parent tray on this stroller but after only using it three times I'm shopping for a new one because the front wheel on this is THE WORST. It gets stuck sideways and you cannot steer. You will feel humiliated as you hold strangers up while you struggle trying to maneuver through doorways, etc. I'm disappointed because this stroller was not cheap and now I'm having to spend more money on one that works.

Got this stroller 2 months ago and the wheel does not turn. We have used it maybe 20 times. Can't even use it anymore unless we want to manually turn the wheel constantly. Very disappointed

My husband and I run occasionally, and we were in need of a jogging stroller. We bought this stroller because it was compatible with our Graco infant car seat. (Tip: It's only compatible when the stroller seat is facing forward.)

PROS:

- We love the idea of being able to change the seat direction to face backwards or forwards.

- The storage tray holds our iPhone Xs and iPhone 11 really well, and when we leave the tray up and open, our baby can watch YouTube, etc. Wheels are detachable, and the way the stroller folds/unfolds works fine. (Husband sometimes has trouble unfolding.)

- We took this stroller and our carseat to Disney World, and although it's big and clunky at the airport and during transport, our experience was mostly pleasant.

- The reclined position worked well for our baby when she napped (10 months at the time).

- There's plenty of space underneath for storage, depending on which way the seat is facing.

CONS:

- We bought this despite the negative reviews, which we found out to be true.

- We've had this stroller for 8 months now, and it's a nightmare every time we use it to run. This stroller is nice and smooth for us at a walking pace, but as soon as you lock the front wheel to run, the stroller veers right. It's supposed to go STRAIGHT! We had a horrible experience at our 5K race a few days ago because we spent a lot of physical and mental energy fighting the stroller at EVERY SECOND.

- Inflating all 3 tires did not help. Greasing the front wheel did not help. Any DIY, stuffing and tying extra fabric around the front tire to go more straight, did not help. This stroller is essentially defective.

- Leaving the front wheel unlocked is even worse. If the stroller goes over the SMALLEST bump and is faster than a walking pace, then the front wheel will wobble violently, which shakes the entire stroller. Aside from it shaking our poor baby all about, it's embarrassingly loud, and we have to stop every 10 seconds to straighten out the front wheel again.

- Be aware that this stroller is huge. We accept the fact that it takes up a lot of space in our 3-row midsize SUV, but it's really snug in a sedan even with the wheels removed.

Until Graco can fix these defects-If you're looking for a jogging stroller, look elsewhere. If you're looking for a walking stroller, there are way cheaper, smaller options.

The wheels are so messed up on this thing. The front wheel has to be turned by hand and the back wheels seem to be put on backwards. One of them just drags, doesn't even spin when pushing it. I made the mistake of taking it to the zoo and my sister in law ended up carrying the stroller while I carried my baby. I would never attempt to jog with it. It wouldn't be safe. Total waste of money.

I also want to add, this is the first time I've ever left a negative review for any product, ever. I wouldn't recommend this stroller to my worst enemy.

This a stroller to walk around your neighborhood, parks or exercise . Definitely is not a city stroller so big to fit in any fitting room . The really bad things about this is the front wheels is stuck, you need to go in front to fix it , when you close the car is stuck the wheel and you can not close so I was having a big expectation about this stroller but this thing makes me feel I just lost my money . It is so sad because the front wheel doesn't stuck it, could be a great stroller .

As a first time mom, I was super excited to have a baby in general and to take her on walks since she was a summer baby. Well... I wish I never put this on my registry and read the reviews. The front wheel is constantly getting stuck and I have to literally lift the carriage when turning to prevent this from happening. I reached out to Graco about it a few weeks ago with zero response. Extremely disappointed.

I have really enjoyed my stroller for the first 3 months. Last night the front wheel started to stick. The only way I could use the stroller was to lock the front wheel which wasn't practical to make turns. I completely messed with the stroller for a long time. Took the wheel off. Turned the wheel around. Even with me turning the wheel manually it would still turn and get stuck. I am disappointed as I live in the country and go on walks often.

There's something about the tires that makes it hard to push the stroller. The front wheel will not swivel correctly. I put more air in the tires but it only helped for a day. There's no way the fix is to consistently fill the tires with air daily, that would be a pain. Also the foot rest extender doesn't stay upright so my infant doesn't slide out from the bottom. The top tray will not cluck into place no matter how hard I push down on it. I'm so disappointed in this purchase. And one thing they should re-design is to make the back of the seat lay flat. There's more than enough room to add the extra fabric and slack to make it go flat for more comfortability for the child.

I received this stroller as a gift and it was great at first. The wheels will not stay inflated and all 3 are flat. I only walk in sidewalks and do not go off roading with it whatsoever. I do not understand why they will not stay inflated so it's sitting unused in my garage unfortunately.

Graco has lost me as a stroller customer with this one. I received this jogger as a gift for my baby shower. I had a long recovery, and then it was winter, so I didn't try to use it until my child was about 8 months old. One of the wheels was out of true and Graco replaced that. Even still, it was pulling right when I tried to jog with the front wheel locked. Graco offered to replace it and I asked for a different model instead which they said they would not do. I got a brand new stroller so I was optimistic and tried again yesterday. Nope! The pin for the front wheel keeps coming up and unlocking. This causes the front wheel to skid, spin, and shake uncontrollably. I can't run with this. I have a different stroller for walks that weighs 1/3 of the weight and takes up 1/2 the space. At this point, I want this thing out of my closet to make room for something that works.

This stroller was a gift from our registry. I was very excited for it and at first it was a dream. Then, the front wheel started to not function correctly. I have to move the wheel manually, it consistently gets stuck and the lock doesn't fit properly. I actually saw a review before mine that had the exact same issues. I say unfortunately because it was great at first and it just stinks that it ended up being such a hassle of a stroller.

I put this stroller on my baby shower registry because it matched up with the car seat. I recently started running again and the stroller is not reliable. When you start running, the front wheel wobbles & shakes the whole stroller uncontrollably.

We have only had the stroller since summer 2021. Comfortable fit for the baby. But we haven't been able to use it as a jogger yet as I can't trust it. The front wheel is constantly getting stuck when trying to turn on walks, bringing us to a skidding halt, and having to go to the front to turn it back to position. So the swivel steering is useless. But when we lock the wheel in straight position, it constantly veers very hard to the right and becomes hard to manage without just holding it up in a wheelie position. One of the rear wheels also seems to be warped, making the stroller shake. Unfortunately, we would not be able to trust this stroller to jog with and we are looking for a replacement.

Could be easier to close and also to stand up when closed. Pinched my fingers.

When the front wheel is unlocked it constantly gets stuck and drags. Anytime I go to turn this happens. I'm always walking to the front to fix it and making turns is impossible. When I lock the wheel to try to avoid this issue the stroller pulls to the right. I've tried making adjustments to the wheels to correct this issue, even took it to a bike shop and they weren't able to correct it. I'm guessing the frame is bent. I even tried a replacement wheel from Graco and it didn't work. Unfortunately I didn't get back into running about 8 months after my baby was born and the stroller was purchased before she was born so it's out of the year warranty. It's also very loud over bumps and isn't the best in grass or anything other than a smooth sidewalk. The only part I like about the stroller is the fact that the car seat clips in very easily but for the price I wasn't super happy. I love my graco car seat but jogging stroller is awful. I run about 15-20 miles a week and I can't use this stroller safely since the front wheel can't be locked.

I was really excited about this stroller- it has great storage, very roomy for baby as they grow, etc. but there is no way I could actually run with my baby in this stroller. The front wheel is always pivoting to one side and when it's locked it doesn't stay straight. I have bought almost all graco products for my baby, but I have been disappointed with the front wheel difficulty of this stroller.

Just as several other reviews have stated, the front wheel is HORRIBLE! It does not move correctly. It's impossible to get through doorways or go around turns. It's bulky, heavy and just not a good stroller at all.

I got this for my baby shower in June for a July baby. Initially, the front wheel would get stuck while walking but some WD40 fixed that. One of the back wheels was out of true but Graco replaced it for me free of charge. Now for the problems...
We live in the North and I didn't have a chance to try jogging with it until this Spring. It's horrible! It pulls to the right so much I have to pop a wheelie to go straight. And if I leave the front wheel unlocked, it shakes like crazy! It even started shaking while we walk. I'm so disappointed and I don't trust that this product can be fixed at this point. I'm asking other running friends for suggestions of other products.

I got this stroller as a gift for my baby shower just over a year ago and have had nothing but problems with it. At first the front wheel would lock up sideways making it impossible to walk. This stroller was given at a baby shower. At first I really liked it.
But the second time I went out, I noticed that the front wheel was wobbling and I became very concerned about its safety. For these reasons, I am afraid to go jogging with it, so I probably won't be able to. I am very disappointed, because I was expecting a high quality product from GRACO, and this is one of the most expensive products in their lineup.

We love this stroller! It has so much great features and the visor extends so much which makes it perfect for hot days. It isn't as simple to close as my other stroller, but that would be my only complaint.

I bought this stroller when I found out I was expecting. I've had gravy strollers in the past for my other 3 children. This is by far the biggest waste of money I've spent. The first time using the stroller I soon realized how difficult it was to steer/operate. The front wheel does not want to turn. Every time I would try to turn and go a different direction I would have to get in front of the stroller and manually turn the wheel.

I received this stroller as part of a travel system for my first child, who was born in December. Unfortunately I live in the northeast and the winter weather was not pleasant this year so I've taken my child out in this stroller a handful of times. The stroller is roomy, I like the parent cup holders and compartment, and the canopy is perfect. The ease of raising and lowering the seat is a plus, too. It gives my child plenty of room. I want to love this stroller, but I can't. The front wheel locks up constantly so I find myself "popping a wheelie" to steer and the right back wheel has a bubble that makes the ride much too bumpy. I've had my husband, father, and brother all look at the tires to determine what can be done, but their best recommendation is to buy a new stroller.

I bought this stroller over a year ago and I am so disappointed. I front wheel is constantly getting messed up and I have to stop and manually move it. It's such a pain trying to go anywhere.

We got this stroller for our baby shower, and I was very excited. It worked great for the first few months of walks, and i enjoyed the click connect of being able to get our baby in and out quickly. BUT recently the front wheel has made be very angry, the front wheel started with locking up and making it very hard to push our baby, now it does nothing but extremely wabble and shake while at walking pace and if i try to run it shake/wabbles even worse, ruling this strolled completely useless to me and what we got it for. Would highly recommend not buying one of these!

I got this as a gift and used it for the first time in May. The front wheel is constantly getting stuck, it's hard to turn and is impossible to push in stores. I want to love this because it has all the features I want but can't use it because it doesn't push or turn well.

The first product had an issue with the front wheel turning suddenly which you can imagine is a huge safety risk when running with a child. The replacement shakes at running speeds. I'm baffled this product is still on the market and would like a full refund. I've lost faith in all graco products and will be replacing my car seat as well.

I bought this for my daughter, we do a lot of outside activities that we really needed the big rubber wheels for! But this stroller is so bad at steering, the front wheel spins sideways so you come to a fast jerky stop, or just don't move at all. When its locked, it does fine, as long as you don't plan on taking any turns! This is baby number 3, we've had many strollers including double strollers that maneuver better.

I loved that you can click in the car seat backward or forward facing and that it could transition to the seat, but now that we are into running we have noticed the few cons which are just enough to make running with the stroller annoying/frustrating. When you start running fast the front wheel wobbles and shakes the whole stroller. In addition the front wheel does have range of motion to move but doesn't steer well when trying to run fast - whether the front wheel is locked or not. So it's great for a light jog or walking I suppose but not really for running.

I bought this a few months ago and the front wheel gets consistently stuck. I walk every single day and was excited that this jogger can go on more rough terrains. Plus, this jogger would have been great because I spent so much time finding one that had reversed seating. I'm frustrated because besides the front wheel everything else is pretty standard.

I have had this stroller for 1 year and have been having problems with the front wheel assembly. I was disappointed to see that they do not offer replacement parts for the front wheel.
Other than that it has been a great stroller.

The stroller has been good so far. I love the travel system and find it easy and convenient to get my baby in and out on the go. I also love that my baby will grow with this stroller and I'll be able to use it for many years to come. The biggest complaint I have is the front wheel doesn't turn smoothly, at all. I frequently get stuck when trying to maneuver through tight spaces. Overall, it's a good value, but again, I wish it turned better.

We just got clearance from the pediatrician for my baby to join me on a run. I was so excited to finally use our stroller, but it has been such a disaster. The front wheel shakes uncontrollably when it's unlocked regardless of if I'm walking or jogging and when I try to lock the wheel, the whole thing pulls to the right side. The only way I can get the thing to move is by lifting it up on the back wheels. Who wants to have to hold the stroller up while they're trying to jog?! So disappointing given the cost of this stroller. Don't waste your money!

I had this one my registry because I didn't make time to research others. I wanted something that I could use around the neighborhood and on trails. This stroller will leave you wanting for nothing. The only complaint is that the previous one didn't have the cell phone clip and the extra cup holder. I also can't fit this in the trunk of my sedan. Minor issues. We just use the stroller around the neighborhood. I would recommend using the car seat for children under 1 year. I know they say once the baby is holding the head, but there are plenty folks that suggest continuing with the infant seat.

Also my husband is 6'6" and he loves this stroller much more than our other one

I got this as a click connect system and I should have read the reviews first!! It is the worst stroller! The front wheel gets stuck sideways and you physically have to turn it straight so you can move. I'm not the only one that has had this problem either! I thought maybe mine was defective but it's a common issue.

This stroller goes over every type of terrain with such ease! It glides over grass, gravel and is super smoothe on cement/ asphalt. The stroller seat has a generous amount of room to accommodate bigger children too!

I bought this stroller to go out on more terrain but even on simple walks the front swivel wheel wheel gets stuck when i want to turn and i have to walk to the front to straighten it. It will go straight, but that's about it.

I bought it 3 months ago and on 04/19/2021 was my first day using it to run I had a baby 6 weeks ago so I'm ready to run welp I go running whit the stroller it won't allow m to run fast because it will start shaking I'm very disappointed :( I want to know what can be done about this I want to run but I can't I have to pick it up like a willie to do so I want my moment back or a fix please

I purchased this as I was getting ready for my baby's arrival, seeing the good reviews, and at 4 months old and living in MN was so excited to finally use it and am extremely disappointed for the price I paid. The front wheel constantly gets stuck making it hard to turn. I'm constantly having to walk to the front to manually turn the wheel. Not only that, but you can't go backwards, so when I'm walking in somewhere I have to walk to the front and struggle to hold a door open and pull the stroller in. I love the other features and how easily my car seat clicks in, but the fact it barely turns, ruins everything else.

The front wheel doesn't lock when it should. It locks when it shouldn't. You have to raise the front wheel when you want it to turn. Not sure how to fix this. Just be careful when doing a fast walk. Other than that the design of the stroller is good

Great stroller. Very well balanced. Super easy to maneuver over all types of terrain. Improved walking trails "hard packed gravel", thick grass at practice fields. It's easily moved about congested stores on as well. However it not as easily transported as the regular MODS stroller but the wheel are a signal push bottom removal so its not a big deal. This is a great jogger as well. Save you're self some money and buy this stroller. Far more options with this stroller than other models in the same group

I bought this stroller after I tested it out at a local Buy Buy Baby while I was pregnant. I loved how easy it was to move around! However immediately after I started using it I noticed that the wheels kept locking up. Basically the wheels lock up every time you try to turn it. Sometimes the front wheel will lock to the side and I would have to physically turn it straight with my hand. You can't push it with one hand either because it always is veering to the other side. Plus it's very difficult to fold. Very disappointed and have to buy a new stroller.

We bought this for baby number 2 and it was a huge mistake. Front wheel locks up and the ride is so bumpy! Will never get a jogging stroller . Bought a used old school stroller on line . Do not waste the Money. I can't give this thing away!

We bought this stroller about a month ago. It ticked off all the boxes on paper, but hands on it's terrible. The front wheel keeps getting stuck in awkward positions, making the stroller impossible to handle. It's also HUGE when folded up. We drive a brand new KIA Sportage (SUV) and the stroller takes up all of the cargo space. And I mean all of it. Wall to Wall.
There's a phone holder attached to the handlebar, but unless you have a first generation iPhone or something smilar it won't fit.
All in all, I regret the purchase, but can't afford another one.

I've owned this stroller for 6 months because I liked the seating options and I wanted to be able to run with my LO. The seating options are nice, and it handles uneven terrain well (gravel, rough roads, etc). But my baby still gets shaken around if I'm going too fast (so wouldn't be comfortable running), it can be a PAIN to steer because the front wheel doesn't turn easily, and on average it takes me 2-4 tries to get it to shut. The self standing ability works less the half the time. I wish I could return this stroller and just spend a little extra money on something with better working features.

This stroller was great to start, but now the front wheel won't spin. The issue popped up while my wife was a mile away from our house with our six week old daughter, and had to work super hard to get back home. This is really disappointing, because we loved everything else about this until this issue started occurring!

This was bought as a gift for my soon-to-arrive great-granddaughter. I was assured by her expectant parents that it is well-made and will be perfect for use on unpaved trails as well as paved surfaces.

This is the worst "upgrade" ever! We had the Modes SE jogger and absolutely adored it! I felt like I could take on any terrain, it glided like a dream, and I loved all the different seating positions for the baby. But then we somehow damaged the rear wheel and instead of being able to replace the part they offered us this upgrade as a replacement. At first we were excited, but then we actually used this stroller...
CONS:
- the stroller itself is insanely heavy, it feels like effort to push (the SE model seemed to glide)
- it does not turn easily and pulls to one side while walking
- it does not smoothly roll over even just regular sidewalk
- it has a smartphone holder! that of course does not fit my phone... so if i want to put my phone and speaker in the tray i have to open the box portion and leave it open
- the cupholder holds NONE of my water bottles without them rattling around and even bouncing out
- it squeaks and creaks while walking
- because the closing mechanism is in the middle of the handle, it feels like the stroller is wiggling and shifting while walking almost like the handlebar is separating
PROS:
- full size sun shade with peek-through screen
- reflectors on wheel spokes
- i do like the larger size foot brakes
Seriously, get a different stroller. I put some serious miles on this thing just walking around the neighborhood over the last 3 months and I wish I had gotten a new one sooner.
