This was my second time purchasing this chair, I thought I could transition my 4 year old to a regular chair so my 2 year old could use it but he wouldnâ€;™;t give it up! They both love their chairs and itâ€;™;s great that they have foot support. Well worth the money.

We ordered this chair because our 3-year-old was having trouble sitting in her booster chair at the table. She was constantly putting her feet up in the chair & after doing some research & learning that it can be helpful for kids to have a surface to place their feet on while eating, we decided to go for the Stokke Steps Chair. We liked the modern look, though I will admit we were hesitant about it not being wood construction. Putting this chair together was easy enough but frankly a little nerve wracking as I kept thinking â€;œ;how could I spend so much on plastic?!? Thereâ€;™;s no way this will hold my daughter safely, much less me!â€; I had to eat my words. Once fully assembled it is sturdy enough to hold either of us. After a month of use, Iâ€;™;d say itâ€;™;s not a magic chair by any means, but it has really helped my daughter stay in her seat better, plus I like how easy it is to clean & how nicely it slides under the table, keeping the legs from being tripped on constantly like the high chair we had before. Overall, we like it very much!

We needed a chair that would be safe enough for my 2 year old to climb up and down without the risk of the chair falling over. Easy to build, beautiful stylish chair.
Only one issue I had was while trying to readjust the footrest, I tried to unscrew the piece off and it was stuck. The screw would spin and spin without coming out, the threaded insert in the chair was not glued in properly and became loose.

Prefer this over trip trap

We bought this one and sold our trip trap, prefer the steps more. It has a wider seat and the seat is made of plastic which is easier to wipe clean. Also like the design of Steps, itâ€;™;s a nicer looking high chair. Which the all black wasnâ€;™;t discontinued since we wanted to buy another one.

Purchased this with the bouncer for our new grandchild. Kids requested it in white with natural legs. It is very sleek and I plan to purchase attachments as the baby gets older. There are lots of options and she will be able to use this for several years. Right now, the bouncer is perfect and the kids move it all over the house. It is especially useful in the kitchen and dining room. Another stylish Stokke product! We're hooked! It is expensive but quality is worth the price. May be their favorite item in the early stages of parenthood!

Our infant is the size of a two year old, and fits so comfortably in this chair (with the addition of the adjustable baby set). I love the adjustable footrest. The surface is wonderful and easy to wipe down, with barely any nooks and crannies to watch out for.

The natural wood and white is pleasant and clean looking. A know the Stokke Tripp has a lot of fans; I think this looks a bit more elegant and I prefer the legs on this, since the Tripp juts out and I worry it will trip me (maybe an unfortunate naming based bias).

We also got the tray table and baby set. The baby set is necessary for an infant. The tray table looks great, but we have ended up just pushing him up to the table and not even using it.

There are plastic caps at the bottom of each leg so if you have hardwood or tile surface the chair slides if the child gets on it alone. We took them off and added felt pads.

Great all rounder - brilliant high chair

I bought this highchair after much deliberation - I wanted a highchair that was easy to use, easy to clean, looked attractive and also a chair that would pull right up to the table. This highchair ticks all the boxes, my little girl loves it too :-) the tray is an excellent feature, eventually I will remove this and pull upto the table edge. The chair is so easy to clean and all covers are easily washed (dry so fast too) the highchair adjusts with your child and is so easy to do too. Love my highchair - thanks stokke!
