Use for attaching the car seat or bassinet in the bottom position. Not necessary for a double configuration if youâ€;™;re not putting either of those in the bottom position, because the rumbleseat comes with itâ€;™;s own adapters. They work just like the main attachment points on the stroller and click on and off easily. Note that you probably want the upper adapters too, to make more room on the bottom.

Wish it was included in the Vista stroller package since it does come with both the seat and bassinet but for functionality and ease, can't complain! This is easy to use and everything fits perfectly.

My only comment would be that you shouldn't have to buy an additional seat to use on the below adapters. The whole system is super expensive to begin with and adding an unnecessary seat immediately is overkill

If you have a toddler who needs a stroller and a baby that will use the bassinet or car seat on the stroller, then this item is for you. If you think you'll wait until your baby is a bit older and can fit in the main seat then you might not even need this item. Here's why: the toddler will sit in the main seat with the baby on the bottom. I didn't feel comfortable having my baby in the bottom so I had the toddler in the rumble seat (has it's own attachment) and put the baby in the mesa car seat up top.
